So this is a nice little square (a lot of the reviews and the pictures seem to be of the park on the other side of the road, possibly because this is marked as a green area and the one on the other-side of the toad is not), there are some bathrooms and places to sit but its mostly just sand an no grass. There is access to the beach and restaurants through sole stairs and a bit of concrete. The green park is on the others side of the road ;-)

Juste derrière se trouve le jardin de la pinède bien ombragé avec aires de jeux pour enfants. Sur le square lui même, chaque année en juillet se tient le festival de Jazz de Juan les Pins, le plus ancien d'Europe qui a vu passer entre autres, Carlos Santana, Miles Davis, Louis Armstrong, George Benson, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Ray Charles, Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, les Pink Floyd, Sting, Gilberto Gil... une scène magique avec vue sur la mer et le coucher du soleil
