Absolutely not suitable for tourists! It's a very noisy, uncomfortable place. With an incomprehensible menu, unfriendly staff, unreasonably high prices and primitive food. The case when money is taken not for the quality of food and service, but for the fact that it is "vegan" (vegans will understand🥲). We came to the opening, but we were asked to wait in a not very pleasant tone:/ After that, it was worth leaving, but we decided to stay and give this restaurant another chance and….Spoiler alert…Which was a mistake! The menu in this institution is completely missing. Rather, they call the “menu” a board in the corner of the restaurant, where something they call the "menu of the day" is written in illegible handwriting. My friends, who know French couldn't make out these scribbles. As for me, who don't know French, I didn't even have the slightest chance. Listening to the description of dishes verbally in bad English from a waiter, with a dissatisfied face, because she does not like speaking English, in this noisy place, is an unrealistic task! The dishes turned out to be extremely mediocre. Desserts too. Even bottled Drinks are overprice. A huge bill and an unpleasant aftertaste from poor service. That's what my friends and I got instead of a delicious dinner. Dear restaurateurs, with your high prices, at least, you can quite afford to buy a couple of sheets of paper and print your menu, and not force your guests to look for it somewhere in the corner of the restaurant. But you will not do this, because judging by your attitude towards the guests, the convenience of visitors worries you the least💩🤡

Ps: I was shocked that in your « restaurant », instead of soap, there is an old bottle of liquid soap with soapy water in it. And even that water in that bottle is almost used. Seriously? With such huge prices on the menu, do you have no money to buy normal soap for your guests?🤡🤡🤡What...

The place is well located and the food is absolutely delicious. Service is friendly and smiling but it is difficult to communicate with the staff. The menu contains unreadable and/or inexistant words so they cannot explain clearly what is on the menu. They might tell you that they know better French than you do (although you are a native French and they are not...). We also had the bad surprise to understand at payment that the desert we chose was not counted in the lunch menu (but they don't explain clearly beforehand that only a semi piece of cake is included in the formula... ). Last but not least, the toilets arrangements sucks. I'd probably go back for the quality of...

Finally I found a place in Marseille (or even France) to enjoy high quality vegan food at. They are friendly and lovely, have smashing playlists and delicious food. It’s an inclusive space for all people 🌈 and I enjoyed a dinner there. Thank you! I was so happy to find a vegan offer in France and felt like I‘ve eaten healthy and was completely satisfied. Cours Julien is a vibrant street and lots of stuff is happening there, like shops, art, bars, restaurants, people doing things, cars… if you want to eat in silence, I advise you to eat at home. Eating at this place, you will get this side of Marseille. If you don’t like that, it’s not the restaurants fault.

This vegan place in Cours Julien caught my eye when I was looking up restaurants to visit. The head server was extremely kind and patient and explained the menu to me despite her limited English proficiency. I ordered their potato and corn galette which was a little on the pricier end for one dish but very filling. Topped with kidney beans and vegan yogurt, it had a fresh flavor to it. I just think the galette itself could have done with a little more flavor/seasoning instead of relying just on the toppings to make it taste good, but I would still recommend this place to anyone wanting some vegan food in Marseille.
