Hello,

I was at your store from CDG airport yesterday evening at 19:30, attracted by the 25% discount on a second perfume promo. I chose two perfumes, helped by a very nice consultant, I didn't remember her name. I went and paid quickly because the flight was about to take off. Otherwise I would have wanted to remain there to choose at least 2 more perfumes. Paying in a hurry, I didn't do the necessary calculations, but when I looked at the receipt, in the flight, I saw different prices than those I saw on the shelf and which had been confirmed to me by the consultant who offered me support. The Armani Si set was priced at 128.33 Euros and the Nomade from Chloe was 105 Euros, where a 25% discount (according to the promotion) would have been applied to the product with the lowest price. That meant that I should have paid 207.08 Euros (128,33 + (105-25%) 78,75) but I paid 233.33 Euros. A difference of 26.25 euros, which does not seem right to me. Considering the prices displayed on the shelf, the confirmation of the consultants in the store the 25% discount on the second product was not applied. I came to buy because of this promo, but in the end was a lie? I would like an opinion on this situation and a refund of the amount I paid incorrectly. I also checked the website and there is the same prices. Something was not being correctly...

❗️❗️❗️disappoint!!! Just would like to say it’s not good, from lady who was work here, to deceive her costumers... in Terminal 2, A-C Exit. After security control we coming to the big shop - in Duty Free BUY PARIS (Alcohol, Wines, Gastronomy... where I was look today for a Christmas present. This is "seller lady" showed to me of «promotion of the day for Laurent-Perrier Rosé Metal Robe Limited Edition» and give me a lot promising for a nice bottle with their special “deal of the day”, beautiful bottle with elegant “robe cage” devoration on her top (❗️must be right now in this box, but is a different bottle!).. So now I am already at home, after 3 hours flight, open box... and what I was find there... simply usual bottle, not at all what she showedand sold me before!!! And it was NO mistake, she knew what she did!!! She took this box from place of other boxes, where stay all this bottles. She explained to me how to use this "decoration cave" on her example bottle. Then this (my) box brought on cashiers station, where I was pay for it.

Incredible sad now!!!! I was truly happy that got so nice present, but it’s not...

N'UTILISEZ PAS "QUICK & COLLECT" . J'AI DU QUITTER L'AÉROPORT SANS MES ACHATS DÉJÀ PAYÉS !!

Voici ma malheureuse expérience vécue Samedi dernier 19 Octobre:

Je suis extrêmement déçu par mon achat en Duty-Free à Roissy 1 et en particulier au sujet du service proposé Quick & Collect. J'ai acheté un parfum Hermès pour ma femme et on m'a proposé le système Quick & Collect pour m'éviter de le transporter aller-retour au Japon.

J'ai donc trouvé l'idée séduisante et accepté de procéder ainsi.

Cela a déjà mal commencé lors de l’achat car la seule personne à la caisse ne connaissait pas la procédure et a dû attendre la responsable pour finir de traiter mon achat. Cela a bien duré 15 minutes et une queue a commencé à se former derrière moi avec des gens qui s'impatientaient de manière légitime. Une fois le paiement effectué, on me dit de bien garder le ticket qui me permettra de récupérer mon achat au retour au comptoir "quick & collect". On me dit que le code barre me sera nécessaire.

Me voilà de retour à Roissy 1 un Samedi après 17h ... Personne et aucun panneau indiquant où se trouve le fameux comptoir qui n'est d'autre qu'un casier à consigne automatisé, comme les casier Mondial Relay ou Amazon.

Une fois trouvé, le lecteur n'arrive pas à identifier mon achat avec le code barre inscrit sur le ticket de caisse. Il y a possibilité de saisie manuelle, ce que j'essaie mais la machine me demande alors un code pin qui n'est pas indiqué sur le ticket. Aucun N° de téléphone à contacter en cas de problème ni sur le casier, ni dans les menus, ni sur le ticket de caisse. Je vérifie mes mails. Pas de trace de ce fameux code pin. Sur le site, je trouve le N° du service client fermé à 17h le samedi. Le personnel d'ADP d'aide aux passagers me dit que cela n'entre pas dans le périmètre de leurs activités.

Bref, je perds facilement une demi-heure qui me seront par ailleurs facturés comme temps d'attente par le taxi. Je décide donc de quitter l'aéroport sans mon achat.

Une fois dans le taxi, à proximité de Paris, que je trouve un SMS noyé parmi de nombreux autres me rappelant de ne pas oublier on achat !!! Et il y a ce fameux code pin et aussi un N° d'appel en cas de problème. J'appelle pour faire part de mon insatisfaction et demander à ce que le parfum me soit envoyé à mon domicile. La personne me dit que cela ne lui est pas possible. Je lui demande d'en faire part à son management et de me rappeler. En aucun cas, je ne pourrai me contenter d'un simple remboursement.

Dimanche et Lundi passent... pas d'appel. Je rappelle Mardi matin, après 20min d'attente, je tombe sur une autre personne et je raconte une nouvelle fois mon histoire. Elle me dit qu'elle doit en discuter avec son management et qu'on va me rappeler au plus vite.

Dans cette histoire, j'ai perdu environ 2h de mon temps pour traiter le sujet et sans avoir le parfum pour ma femme, tout ça à cause de manque de maturité et support de votre service "Quick & Collect"! Pas de rappel, mais un mail m’indiquant un remboursement alors que j’avais bien précisé que ce n’était pas ce que je souhaitais. J’ai proposé soit un envoi à domicile, soit un remboursement sur une valeur de 2 fois le prix payé, ce qui me permettra d'acheter le même parfum en magasin (TVA inclue) et de compenser tout ce temps perdu. Peine perdue, le service clientèle est à peu près aussi efficace que leurs lockers «...

Although I didn’t buy any item from Extime Duty Free Paris… I would still take this opportunity to appreciate one of their employees- Carla… I am glad humans are still deputed at shops. Carla saw me struggling with Tax Refund and she came running to my help. I didn’t know where to go and how… how much time I had and whether I would be able to make it back till the gate in time… She wrote a personal message on my envelope and handed it over to me saying, “I am writing it in French so that others understand it quicker, you show this to anyone and they will quickly help you through.” She guided me well and also came till the lift to show me the way. Love, empathy and kindness are human values that no AI can replace… Atleast, till now I am sure only humans have it. Carlas showed them all… When I came back, she was right there waiting for me… wondering if I could make it. It was a real pleasure to meet her with open arms as if a victory is won… it sure was for us!!!! This feed forward is just to send more love and blessings for Carla in all her future endeavours. Love!!
