Gucci at Paris CDG Airport, Term1 — Attraction in Meaux

Probably one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had at a Gucci store. Staff was very inviting and took the time to show us what we were interested in. They didn’t treat us any different than any other person even though my wife and I were just wearing whatever after having spent 2 and a half weeks in Europe and were catching a connecting flight home. There’s been a few instances where we’ve received different treatment at their flagship stores because some of their employees can be quite judgmental and like to judge a book by their cover. These two ladies were quite exceptional and couldn’t have had a better experience. And by the way, the prices are phenomenal. We saved about $700 vs buying in the US or their stores in Europe and having to go through the whole tax refund process since they don’t charge the tax at the airport. Highly...

Service déplorable au Gucci de CDG. La vendeuse que j’ai rencontrée était d’une mauvaise foi inouïe, ne montrant aucune volonté d’aider ni même d’écouter mes besoins. Son comportement hautain et désagréable a complètement gâché mon expérience. Pour une marque de ce calibre, on s’attend à un minimum de respect et de professionnalisme, ce qui était loin d’être le cas ici.
