De passage dans la Vienne, où la gastronomie est reconnue, on a opté pour la visite du macaron à MONTMORILLON. On n'est pas déçus par tout ce qui présenté !! On a apprécié entre autres: l 'accueil du personnel , la présentation du musée avec les précautions à respecter les origines du produit , dont les racines sont historiques (il a réussi à arriver au XX éme siècle) les panneaux expliquant la complexité de ce macaron, pourtant tout simple à fabriquer les bonnes choses présentées et la dégustation naturellement les bonnes odeurs qui se dégagent l 'achat d'une boîte de produit, cela s'impose.
