Espace Grand Bleu — Attraction in Montpellier

Disaster! Do yourself a favor and ignore to go here. Dirty rooms, small spaces, no seats, bad café, lots of rules (forbidden with shorts, forbidden to wear anything except ”special” swimwear shown on signs, not even slippers on the feet on the hot ground is allowed!). Guards literally stand in front you to take off your towel in front of them. And then running for every person who wears their slippers even though they are on their way out, (even older people who have problem taking their shoes off/ remember nowhere to seat). Felt more like a military area than a child-friendly bathing place. They have of course no proper argument when asked. In addition, there are signs that you have to shower before wearing your swimwear, just that the only shower areas are all public not separated for men and women. How are they thinking? By the way, there is not a place I would call "water park" just for the access of two slides! Plus many times they close areas due to technical problems. Just go to...

An enjoyable day out. Most (3) waterslides are outside, as is a wave pool (no waves on the day we went though), waterplay area for children with waterjets and jacuzzi with areas for sunbathing and a grassy picnic/smoking area. Inside there is another large pool, shallow pool, two small jacuzzis (one was not working when we went) a waterside and smaller children's slide. You will need tight swimwear, not swim shorts but there are vending machines in the changing area where you can buy some, bring your credit card and notes, they don't accept change. Attentive lifeguards everywhere, and all staff were helpful and friendly. There are two cafe areas, one outside and one in. Parking is height restricted, but we parked our motorhome on the road outside...

Vestiaire froid, toilettes dégueulasse, Piscine froide... Toboggan intérieur qui nous amène dehors, sympa, mais quand j'étais gosse il y avait des lamelles en plastique qui faisaient office de barrières entre l intérieur et l extérieur afin d'empêcher le froid de rentrer. Ces lamelles ont été enlevés, on se demande pourquoi ??? Car cela n'aide pas à la température glaciale à l'intérieur... On dirait vraiment qu'il veulent une faillite complète. Tout est mis en œuvre afin de ne pas nous faire passer un bon moment, pour nous passer l'envie de revenir ou d'en dire du bien. Le mardi ouvert seulement de 12h à 14h l'aprem fermé, le dimanche fermé l après midi etc... Autant dire fermé plus de la moitié de la semaine. Vérifiez bien les horaires avant de vous y rendre. À côté la poste et la marie bosse dur, moi je vous le dis. Hallucinant pour un endroit de loisirs.

Voilà le résultat quand les fonctionnaires du pays de l'or ont repris Le Grand Bleu. Mit dans les mains de fonctionnaires de m......, qui comme à leurs habitudes s en foutent royalement.

Déçu de cet endroit que j'ai connu étant enfant Cette piscine est devenue l'image du fonctionnariat, elle est la référence même de la fonction publique. Une communauté de gens nuls incompétent, qui s'en branlent et de plus lâches qui se cachent dans un travail facile non fatiguant mais qui n'honorent pas. De vrais...
