Very attentive and friendly staff, they love to tell you all about the place’s history and how the museum works. Because the joint Narbonne tickets encompasses a lot of different sights, it could be very confusing to see what is what and where is where, but everyone is ready to help you out. The art collection is lovely, with a wide selection of periods and styles, also good to see that there is incredible information on the function of the old rooms of the palace.

The architecture resembling the Mezquita in Cordoba, Spain, provided a nice background to the Oriental Exhibition. Note that the museum is on the third floor of the Archevêché. The ticket may be bought at the entrance to the Hotel d'Ville, or upstairs in the museum (same building).
