I'm sharing my recent experience at this mall to help others make informed decisions. My visit on June 21st, between 3-4 PM, after lunch and some shopping, involved an unfortunate incident at the 4th-floor paying toilets. My husband and I both paid for access with our credit cards. As I entered the female toilet area and chose a cabin, a cleaning staff member (identifiable by black hair, middle-aged) unexpectedly opened my cabin door while I was entering. She then accused me in French of not paying for the service. I was surprised and immediately showed her the payment confirmation on my phone (€0.60). She then quickly went into the male toilet area without acknowledging my proof of payment. Still in shock, I waited for her to reappear to clarify the situation. When she emerged, she continued to assert that I hadn't paid before again disappearing. At this point, another cleaning staff member (blond hair, middle-aged) appeared. I showed her my receipt, and she questioned where I had entered, stating they hadn't seen me pay. I then proceeded to use the toilet. My husband, who had been waiting outside, returned upon hearing what had transpired. He requested the second cleaning staff member to locate the first woman so we could receive an apology. When this did not happen, and he perceived a disrespectful attitude, the situation escalated verbally. The second staff member then left to alert security. Six security personnel arrived and surrounded my husband. They accused him of physical intimidation, which was untrue. They did not seem interested in understanding the initial incident that led to the verbal exchange. They prevented my husband from leaving the toilet area and began to make accusations, seemingly without full information. During this time, the first cleaning staff member remained out of sight. The security team mentioned checking CCTV footage, which my husband encouraged them to do, noting it would confirm both our payment and the absence of any physical altercation. The security staff then shifted their accusations, claiming we were violent and aggressive towards staff, and even suggested the first cleaning staff member was afraid to leave the male toilets because of my husband. Ultimately, we received no apology for the initial false accusation. We felt we were unfairly portrayed as the aggressors for raising our voices in response to the situation. The initial incident with the cleaning staff member was unprofessional, and the subsequent handling by the security team was unhelpful and seemed to lack a clear understanding of the events. I am very disappointed by this experience. I believe there is a need for better staff training in customer service and conflict resolution to prevent similar situations...

Read moreMy experience is solely based on one thing. I went in as i was shopping and tried to use the restoom on the 3rd floor. I had an horrible interaction with 2 ladies who are "managing" the bathroom because they were not clear about what my wife and 9 years old needed to get through after they paid, they held them up for some reason and the tone of their voices started to be a little condescending. As i was trying to figure out what was happening they were trying so hard to make way for the "so called mall director" to get through and you should see the change in demeanor in how they were talking to him and made it a complete priority to let him through. But the attitude of the ladies just went beyond me and for the first time in a while I lost my cool because none of them, including the "director" do not understand that clients come first. Beside Mr Director did not even try to figure what was going on..oh no he is the big boss... I recommend Cap3000 as a mall, its fantastic, its further away but much bigger and nicer than Nice Etoile. As for anything else as far as luxury go to Monaco where you get a far better treatment than a...
