Small, quiet therms, good for families with babies and toddlers.
There isn't much to do but enough to spend 4 relaxing hours (including eating).
The prices are justified.
My favourite part was the water fall, which was the most relaxing water attraction I've ever used. I felt completely relaxed afterwards. The water pressure was exactly on point, not too strong that it hurts and not too soft that has no effect. It really gives you a great water massage. Very relaxing 😎
I also liked the salt water pool which is a bit hard to find (it's next to the sauna entrance).
Some of the staff was really friendly and made us feel welcome.
Even though we went there on mother's day, there was still not too many people, it didn't feel crowded and there were a lot of loungers available in quiet places.
The lounger rooms are on the first floor and are very spacious and quiet. It's very easy to find a quiet corner to sleep or nurse a baby. In 2 of the rooms (there are 3) you can also put 2 loungers together to form a big bed.
Even though there are no kiddie pools, both the indoor pools and the outdoor water fall pool have elevated parts that allow a toddler to walk on or a baby to crawl in the water (that in the inside pools only).
The food at the restaurant is delicious. There are healthy choices and the staff is friendly and flexible.
What we really missed were family showers. The showers are actually next to the pool instead of next to the lockers, which doesn't make much sense.
It would also be nice to have family changing rooms and a kiddie pool.
Parking next to the therms is very scarce and it's hard to find a free place. It's easier to find parking next to the other building but then you have to walk the rest of the way which is not ideal with small children and all the bags.
Parking is paid Monday to Friday all day as well as Saturday in the morning.
Overall we liked it and will be...
Read moreEven advertised and charged for services on the same website as the hotel next to it, it is separate! The customer will have to make reservations after already making reservations for services at the time of stay for services at this establishment. Yes! I was upset and confused too.
It was my birthday and I bought TWO 119€ packages for myself and a friend. Upon checking in at the hotel (associated with this establishment on website) the hotel directed us where to go. Yes there is a connection to the pool. However, you have to check in at the pool before gaining access to the connecting hall from the hotel to the pool and vise versa. After navigating the check in SITUATION. We were told that the day and time we had reserved wasn't available during our stay. Which was a Monday the 11th of August, our arrival time was 1530 at this establishment.
I was furious!!! To say the least
Why are people allowed to book a room and the spa on the same website if services are not available the same window of stay.
Furious!!!
Ww soaked for an hour and half then headed to the hotel through nature, as the bracelet did not allow for the hotel connecting 🙃 services as advertised on the website.
Eventually we did receive a partial refund for the services this establishment couldn't deliver on the date/time selected at time of reservation online.
We wound up leaving the hotel before midnight. I was so upset and in tears over half of my birthday due to these establishments lack of communication and unable to deliver services that...
