Maus au Chocolat — Attraction in Brühl

Maus au Chocolat is a fun dark ride with great theming. It is also quite a long ride. The queue line looks great, as expected from Phantasialand. The ride itself has plenty of targets to cover in chocolate and great, immersive scenery. I find it a little hard to hit some of them as the pastry shooter is attached to the vehicle and you need to pull on its back to shoot, which is a fun quirk that makes it more challenging to hit the targets, but it also can lead to fatigue on your arm by the end of the ride. Where your shot will land feels a bit approximate but it makes it all the better when you hit a target worth 2000 or 5000 points. Hele leuke attractie, alles draait hier om muizen die de bakkerij hebben overgenomen, en jij gaat helpen de muizenplaag te stoppen! Het begint in de wachtrij, waarin alles is gethematiseerd rondom het bakkersthema. Op een drukke dag heb je toch al snel 50 minuten om de gehele wachtrij te inspecteren. Net voor het instappen krijg je een 3D bril. Je gaat met z'n tweeën de strijd aan, en komt via de karretjes langs meerdere (6) scenes. Per scene krijg je de kans om zoveel mogelijk punten te scoren, dit doe je door met je spuitzak de muizen te verjagen. Tijdens de rit wordt er ook nog een leuke actiefoto gemaakt, maar daar merk je niks van, aangezien je veel te druk bent met die muizen!
