Blanco coffee — Attraction in Hamburg

Many reviews state friendly staff, but our experience was different. Uninterested and somewhat arrogant was our impression. He was watching tiktok/similar at high volume when not serving customers. The music in the place is awful - unless you love mainstream American pop/rap. The interior is all pink, but agree with others about open sugar bowls on the tables - very unsanitary (we don’t use sugar so no issue for us). There are no sandwiches, only sweet stuff - and indeed very sweet. Even the banana bread was way too sweet (but a pretty big piece). The coffee is fine (we tried flat whites) but for the price and service there definitely are much better places in the area. Bad place. I’ve been planning to check it out for a long time because of the photos (I mean pink walls, come on!) but even the pink is not enough to hide the rest of the bad vibes. We got a flat white and an americano, americano was not bad, flat white was not good. The tables are dirty. There is sugar in little open bowls/cups and it is also dirty inside. (Also imagine all the dust and microbes from all the customers sneezing and coughing around it) Horrible music!
