I would give Vous 10 stars if I could - and if you’re in Hamburg for even one day, a meal at VOUS is compulsory! This place is simply incredible and the brothers who run it even more so! The food is AMAZING! The service is INCREDIBLE! The music choice is WOW! Everything from the perfect interior lighting of the restaurant that gives a nice cosy atmosphere to the super fast speed that you receive all your orders is honestly mind blowing. You get a feeling that the team runs like a super smooth well oiled machine! Have you even been to Hamburg if you haven’t been to Vous?! Can’t wait to return one day!

We had reserved very much in advance and yet still had to wait over 40 Minutes to be seated. We only managed to get our order out 1 hour after our initial reservation time. Nonetheless the staff made sure that we were not made to wait for nothing: We got a starter and desert to share. Hence I cannot fault the service for trying. The food however was below expectations. For all the hype, I feel like it tasted bland and that they could have done better with the seasoning and spices. It’s a nice enough restaurant with a good atmosphere but not enough for 5 stars. P.S: Drinks are great though!

Durante il mio recente viaggio ad Amburgo, ho avuto il piacere di cenare presso il Vous Restaurant & Bar (su consiglio di amici) e devo dire che l'esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. I piatti sono presentati in modo preciso e molto curato, dimostrando un'attenzione particolare ai dettagli. La qualità del cibo è ottima anche se, personalmente, ho trovato il piatto TU-NAUGHTY un po' più grasso rispetto al tataki di tonno a cui sono abituata, ma confermo essere comunque molto buono. I gamberi FACE PUNCH e il pollo BANGKOK SKEWERS, invece, li ho trovati assolutamente spaziali! La qualità-prezzo del cibo è a mio parere decisamente bilanciata. Il locale è piccolo ma accogliente, con uno stile moderno che richiama la tradizione asiatica. I tavolini sono un po' stretti; infatti, noi eravamo in cinque su un tavolo da quattro, nonostante avessimo prenotato. Tuttavia, la serata è andata comunque bene. Un dettaglio particolarmente affascinante è stato l'incontro con Soba, la "mascotte" del locale. Un dolce e tenero cagnolone Shiba Inu che se ne stava tranquillamente sdraiato in una zona appartata del locale, aggiungendo un tocco di calore e familiarità all'ambiente. Il personale è stato molto cordiale per tutta la sera, contribuendo a rendere l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. Purtroppo, a fine serata, il bancomat non funzionava, ma hanno risolto prontamente proponendoci un QR code per il pagamento tramite PayPal. Se mai dovessi tornare ad Amburgo, mi piacerebbe sicuramente cenare ancora in questo locale! Vivamente consigliato a tutti!

We recently visited an Asian cuisine restaurant and were very pleased. The food was incredibly delicious, and the service was pleasant and comfortable, even though we arrived quite late. Our meals were prepared quickly, and the staff checked in to see if we enjoyed everything. The only downside for a restaurant of this level, in my opinion, is the lack of card payment options—only cash is accepted. Everything else was great, and I highly recommend it.
