Unprofessional and Confusing Service – Needs Immediate Improvement!

I recently had a terrible experience with the Stuttgart RMVgo airport bus. The driver did not speak English, which is understandable, but he also didn’t speak German. This made it impossible for passengers to ask basic questions.

We were supposed to go to Cloister, but the driver stopped at our station instead of the correct opposite stop. A girl with luggage got on, thinking she was heading to the airport, but after a frustrating conversation with the driver, she got off, confused. This made me suspicious, so I sent someone to ask if we were going to Cloister. The driver said yes, but I wasn’t convinced. I showed him the Google Maps location with photos and the address, and he still confirmed it.

However, after more than an hour, we ended up at Messe Airport instead of our intended destination. We had to completely reroute our journey, causing unnecessary delays.

The bus lacked essential information—no screens showing stop names, no direction indicators, and no clear start or end station signs. The only visible sign was the RMVgo logo. Additionally, I noticed that all the drivers on this airport loop bus line were Romanian. It raises concerns about whether there is any corruption within the hiring process.

This level of service is unacceptable for an airport bus. I will be reporting this issue to the bus company and following up. Stuttgart RMVgo airport bus, I won’t forget this...

One of the biggest Messe/exhibition areas in Germany. The Comic Con Germany, is the biggest and the most famous event held in this exhibition area, usually during summer in the months of July/August! Herbst messe is a must visit since many different exhibitions and interests take place during a common week like Model and technology messe, board games and puzzles messe, vegetarian nutrition messe, creative messe etc. All under one roof at the same time in a week (placed in different halls)! Just one entry ticket is enough to visit all of them. Very interesting for model RC Aeroplane, ship and car builders with many stalls selling components, clubs advertising for membership etc.. overall- great...

The place as an exhibition (as a building) is amazing!!! I vote 3 because of the staff and the organization of the parking there. Most of the staff they don't speak any other language than german. Also, some behave unpolite when they realize that you don't understand German, and they keep repeating the same frase 3-4 times louder and louder, expecting that this way we understand... Also, there was an incident, there was fire 🔥 in one of the parking spaces (the firemen put out fire all ok) and the responsibles of the exhibition they made only 3-4 announcements ONLY in german.
