MarienKirche hosts a wonderful Christmas Carol that nicely blends a rich mix of worship songs and powerful Bible readings. The Bible passages and the Songs take you through a ride about the birth of Christ Jesus. The architecture of the Church building is also awesome 👌. The arches look so beautiful like well arranged banana bunches. And the members of the congregation are warm and friendly. It seems like a family gathering, grandparents with their kids and grownup grandchildren. Ein historischer Ort mit geschichtlichem Tiefgang. Ohne die historischen Fakten wiederzugeben fasse ich mal so zusammen. Das Kleinod der Stadt. im gotischen Stil ziehen viele und aber hunderte kleine Türme senkrecht in den Himmel. ein dachstuhl war früher der Tauben schönstes Geschenk wenn es draußen regnete oder kalt war. der Innenraum ist schlicht aber dennoch von äußerst markantem Stil. Zwischen Ostern und Erntedank ermöglicht eine Treppe den Turm Gang. Man sollte lauf fest sein und wenn man an der großen Glocke vorbeikommt nicht den kleinen grauen Schalter drücken, außerdem empfiehlt sich ein gutes Timing denn die Glocken sind ansprechend laut wenn sie schlagen. Die Aussicht von oben ist fabulös. Man sieht die Stadt, die sich das Tor der Schwäbischen Alb nennt zusammen mit dem Albtrauf und dem Zeugenberg Achalm und dem vergangenen Vulkan Georgenberg. Andererseits sieht man auch den Stuttgarter Flughafen.
