very friendly personell, sweet and smooth ride in twin sled with my 4y old, felt safe at all times even at very high, adult speeds. ride starts and ends at the mountaintop. parking 3.50€ for the first 30'. ride down and up 3.50 for me, 3.00 for the 4y old.

holy Guacamole: that's 10€ for a single short ride, 17 for two rides (add .50€ for the next 30' parking)

so this whole place lives from fees and fees and fees and fees that's fair an square but maybe, just maybe they find a smarter ticketing structure for the whole area which doesn't feel...

I enjoyed the ride though it was quite quick. It's not too expensive and quite exhilarating and very child friendly. If you visit by car I recommend not taking in the official car park fo the site, which costs a staggering €4 per hour (May 2018), but rather in the surround forrest where you can find free parking. Naturally if you come early you have a better chance of finding...

Bitte stattet euch umbedingt zuhause schon mit Bargeld aus. Offenbar ist der Harz noch nicht im 21 Jahrhundert angekommen zumindest nicht bei den Geldautomaten die nur im Tal verfügbar sind. Solltet ihr ING Diba Kunde oder internetbanken kunde sein gibt es nur die örtliche Volksbank die euch bedienen kann. Solltet ihr Hunger haben, stellt euch schon mal auf Waffel oder Eis ein. Die Alternative: Eine Bratwurst die einseitig komplett verkohlt war. Alle anderen Stände waren um 15 Uhr schon lange geschlossen falls sie überhaupt offen hatten. Leider mangelt es auch dem Personal an freundlicher Mine. Man könnte meinen bei jedem ist vor kurzem die oma oder der Hund gestorben. Bob fahren ging nicht mehr, da man es nicht für nötig hielt die geänderten Öffnungszeiten vernünftig auszustellen. Im Internet stand gar nichts und sonst fand man nur ein winziges Schild direkt an der Kasse 👌
