The best coaster I've been on by FAR, in my life.
THIS is what i want to ride when i say i want to go on a roller coaster, nothing less.
I love coasters and I've always found them to be not daring enough, and this one just takes it to another level.
It is absolutely crazy from start to finish. If you want something calm or you are too fragile, do not ride this. If you like being thrown around like a ragdoll, this is for you. I'm a relatively strong guy and this ride kept on throwing me around like i was nothing and i absolutely loved it. I was on the outside seat which people complain about the vibrations, i though it was normal and the feeling was amazing.
i usually never think much of '''crazy''' roller coasters but on this one i was holding on for dear life and being ragdolled during the whole experience.
This ride is worth the entrance fee alone and the waiting time, even if you have to wait an hour. It is fast, daring, and lasts a really long time compared to others. My girlfriend was aching after the ride and my head was spinning and we absolutely loved this ride, very different from any other ride in europa park and even other amusement parks.
Absolute recommendation for people who love this kind of stuff and i hope the bad reviews people leave wont affect how they operate the ride. If you are too fragile, just don't go on it.
If you want a real roller coaster, try it out, it is unrelentless from...
Read moreNo. Just no. It's my 5th time at EP. I rode everything else in the park at least twice, my favorite being Euro-Mir despite being a literal beatdown. I did dozens of coasters both in EU and US parks and never had any issue. Well, today after Voltron I had my first trip with the paramedics. I had a terrible and sharp neck pain for most of the ride to the point of tears. Once down I felt nauseous, saw sparkles and kept feeling neck pain. I was sincerely thinking I had broke something. Spent a good hour just lying down and after that I still had dizziness and felt sore. Had to take it easy to the point where I could barely tolerate Arthur. Thankfully it was the end of my second day because otherwise I would have wasted my time at EP. I was riding in the back in the external seat and apparently it's a shared experience from what I see in other reviews, but my friends riding in the center lamented a headache for several hours. It's bumpy, even more than Euro-Mir, which is insane considering it was basically built yesterday. Absolutely unacceptable, this ride is a disaster waiting to happen. Save yourself a trip to the chiropractor and...
Read moreThis is one of the most intense rollercoasters out there and really does push the boundaries, which is so different for Europa Park and that’s what makes it so special.
The coaster itself is absolutely relentless from start to finish. Never before have I experienced a coaster which has so many unique and memorable moments in it’s layout, from the beyond-vertical launch, the seats vibrating/bouncing, the turntable, the inverted stall, the ejector airtime moments... there’s so much put together.
The theme itself surrounding Nikola Tesla and his fictional Voltron experiment transporting people via electricity from one point to another is executed brilliantly, love the whole industrialised era of the early 20th century the theme has.
One bit of advice - ensure everything loose goes into the lockers, otherwise you WILL lose it on the ride.
I would advise to take the inner seats on the train if you want a tamer ride as the outer seats are very intense.
Overall, this is without doubt the coaster you must experience when visiting Europa Park. A world-class coaster is available at this wonderful place and cannot recommend...
