La Mexicana Bremen — Attraction in Vogtei

Like some of the low ratings and comments here, the staff doesnt take any negative feedback in a professional way. Shopped here, gave some feedback of the staff being rude and they got offended even more. I decided to give them another chance and bought online. Never got confirmation of my order (I checked my spam folders) and TWO weeks later I get a notification that my order was on its way. I had to rush back home to meet the delivery. I called them to complain to be faced again with defensiveness and quite frankly childish responses. Never shopping again here as there are already MANY better Mexican groceries in Germany. 👁

EDIT1: ive no clue what the shop is talking about in their reply. I never had my order waiting at some depot nor did I order fresh items (I ordered canned and dried goods). Maybe you're confusing me with another order? 🤦🏼

Also the insistence of "we're in germany so we answer in german" is hilarious. I would've accepted spanish (even if I don't speak it) as it is a Mexican grocer shop 😂 I thought the owners were Mexican?

Stop defending yourself and just improve...

Not ordering here again. So far, with every order we placed, an item was missing when delivered or already expired. When you tell them that they forgot something, the customer service is not very nice and makes you feel that you cause them an inconvenience.

Update after answer of owner: If you call a client, that was ordering several times a year, a fake client, just to hide your apparent flaws in service and product quality… that speaks a lot to your ability as a business owner. Thanks god there are a lot of alternatives now in Germany to order from (oh and btw - those alternatives are also...

Went to this place like around 3pm in the afternoon on a Friday and not a sign of them anywhere. Found this really weird as this is not common especially here in Germany. This kinda thing happens in Mexico but even then it's not super common but to be expected. But to have this happen in Germany I think its somewhat unheard of. Waited for a little bit but nothing... Several customers showed up even asking me (as I was waiting outside) but since I had no information there's nothing I could them except that maybe they are on "Mexican Time" instead of local...
