Café Central Weinheim — Attraction in Weinheim

Lovely place. At first we couldn't find it for Google maps pointed us to a shopfront. But is was clear where it was when the first band started to play... 🤣 My son and me went there to see the legendary Pungent Stench. Back in the days I was a fan, but because the still do gigs my son discovered them too. It was great, lovely audience and exactly the atmosphere I hoped for: grungy, with posters and stickers from other obscure stuff hanging around and with a sound system crancked all the way up. Just how it is suppose to be 😉. Keep the underground open...

Great place with amazing bands. The venue has a nice cozy feel with some nice couches and comfortable arm chairs. I have seen useless ID at this venue and it was great. The place was packed and had a wonderful energy. Usually you can meet up with the band members after a set while they are getting a drink and just talk with them. I'd give 5 stars for the music and the place. However, as I saw some kind of fascist guys (maybe bikers) at the most punk concerts I was there, I cannot, sorry. You recognize them from how they try to injury the other people doing pogo "on their way". One of them dresses like a "pirat".
