Artist alliance Gallery located in Osu. What can I say , art is something that has to be considered, because , the artists are putting themselves inside the work, they doing so much. I'm always impressed wherever it is. I was pretty happy going through the gallery seeing a lot of arts , from small to big and expensive ones. Stuffs can be bought over there if you like them. Overall l, I enjoyed myself with the free entry ha aha who does not like free things. Nevertheless less us not forget that, ITS TOTALLY PROHIBITED TO TAKE PICTURES OVERTHERE, AND YES/OUI/Sร, Its not allowed and they will make sure you don't play dumb. I both understand and don't because taking picture will allow replicate to be made and not allowing is like not allowing people to hype the place through social media and stuff. Overall just follow the instructions ah ah and take one or 2 snap for yourself and hide it (IM KIDDING) The staff there is cool , that's the word, minding their business and doing whatsa supposed to be done (my wife even broke something and the woman with the glasses don't know her name , may the Lord bless you ahahha , kindly came to replace the stuff by herself, ah such kindness, keep it up, love you ma'am, I'm not saying covering bad behaviour is good but she tried her best to compensate a mistake someone made, OMG , nowadays it's rare. I like the place , a 3 star over 5 is fair , cause a lot has to be done with the building, I saw the paint being made again , cleaning inside and well protecting stuffs on the ground floor would be nice because I saw some rust due to the sea waves I think , but they really trying , got sad not to see the man in charge because from the other reviews he might know a lot , but God willing a next time. I really enjoyed my less than 30 min tour ( Lord, who hear the story Bout the Ghana currency, I I got to lean from the security guy over there , very instresting) go there and enjoy if you do have small time around , it's free and contribute if you can , you helping art and artists ๐ค๐. Please if any of the people working overthere sees this , I took the pictures outside, don't come for me please...

The moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the vibrant energy of the place. The collection is vast and diverse, ranging from contemporary paintings and sculptures to traditional artifacts, textiles, and crafts. Each piece tells a unique story, reflecting the rich cultural tapestry of Ghana.
What I found particularly impressive was the curation. The gallery seamlessly blends modern and traditional art forms, giving visitors a holistic understanding of Ghana's artistic evolution. Walking through the space felt like a journey through time, with every floor offering something new and intriguing.

ย ย ย Read moreThis is hands down the best collection of African art I've seen on the continent. While South Africa may have the best hanging spaces, the body of work here is incomparable.
From nascent artists establishing their position to the better-known artists commanding their craft, this is African art at its best, curated through an African lens.
There are three floors crammed with awe-inspiring pieces, ranging from miniature metal sculptures to large, bold contemporary sculptures. The collection also includes fabrics through the ages and the most vibrant paintings that capture the rhythm, movement, and soul of Africa, interpreted in daring hues.
There's too much to take in with just one visit, and the downside is that despite the size of the building, there simply isn't enough space for it all.
I made an impulse purchase, but I'll definitely be back for more.
