I have always found it a frustrating experience dealing with Melcom staff.
Difficult at best to get a straight answer out of the members of staff here. I asked for a TV and the staff gave me the display unit when I explicitly said I wanted a brand new one from the box. I asked about the warranty and its terms and conditions and they couldn't tell me. I then went to another member of staff to ask for another item and was told they don't sell them only to find out a few minutes later that they do.

Their prices are usually lower than your big name super markets or even someone list than your local shop in your neighborhood. Most things you get are good but there could be some that are not of great quality. It's just like any other melcom store. I was surprised to find cracked plates and broken furniture on display, which gave me the impression they're not really concerned what their reputation is out there. I was referred to the LaPaz and North Kaneshie branches for a good number of things I thought I'd find here, this being Spintex and all.
