Have been shopping here for a year and over now since I moved to the vicinity. A year ago, I gave you four stars but today I'll give half a star. My subsequent visits have not been pleasant. The ladies behind the computers coupled with some of the attendants in the various floors have been very rude. We all have our bad days at work so I try to avoid some of these, but today after an experience with one of the cashier's, am not sure I'll ever step foot there to shop again. I have her name but won't put it out here.

The Staff are all so unprofessional; insistently asking for a tip and as if that isn’t enough, services that are suppose to be free are charged again by the staff. Wardrobes are supposed to be fixed for free, however this guy came to fix it for an extra 100 cedis and didn’t even do it properly. First floor got the frozen foods, provision store worthy goods like the milk, biscuits etc. On the second floor, they have the plastic wares, cleaning detergents, etc. Then in the third floor are the furniture and bedding.
