Precious Guest Lodge — Hotel in Accra

Let me keep this short. Everything here is either broken or will break during your stay.||Toliets dont flush if you put toilet paper in it. 😔|Water pressure low in the shower and sink.|AC doesnt work effectively. ( its 30-35 degrees most days)|The Mattresses are very hard|Water works on and off. |There was no housekeeping for 3 days. |There are Rusty water pipes and shower fixtures.|There is mould in the corners of the bathroom which made it difficult to breath for someone with Asthma or a child.|Ensuite Phone and TV dont work|Building is surrounded by a sketchy neighbourhood. ||There are only 2 workers in the entire hotel who are responsible for making your breakfast, reception, plumbing, general complaints...They are nice but They do EVERYTHING and are stretched too thin. Management is occasionally at the location. But she is unprofessional|They ask for CASH payment of your entire stay upon arrival. |If you have complaints you are asked to leave the property.| ||Breakfast is simple. No complaints. 1 unseasoned Egg, bread,...

Avoid !! Avoid !! Avoid !! This downtrodden place. ! Where do I start !! Plaster coming off walls, broken down furniture, soap dispensers don't work tv channel a joke and internet was off although they advertise as having it. The worst thing is that the owner refuses to invest in the property, so of course there are plumbing issues. You cannot put toilet tissue into the toilet as it blocks. Ugh !! Terrible and utterly disgusting. Sometimes there is "No Water" so buckets are provided by the overwhelmed young staff. The broken window on the landing lets in floods of water, but still, the owner refuses to do anything about this recurring nightmare of a place.

Please do yourself a favour and book somewhere else. This horrendous establishment needs to shut down immediately !! Take a look at the review on Tripadvisor. 'Hotel from hell'. Does not deserve...

I recently visited Ghana and wanted to spend few days in the capital, a friend advice about this guest house upon been very disappointed on previous booking hotel.||I was overwhelm at the guest house as the Manager and the staff well very helpful. we did enjoy staying at the hotel. the rooms were spacious, very fine deco and modern contemporary design. Is just 2 mins walking to the beach and the main road. about 20 mins to the airport.||I would definitely visit and stay there again. do recommend to anyone wanted a budget hotel in accra to visit the...
