Ragia Beach is a gently curving, white pebble beach, looking across the Ionian Sea. It was very quiet when we visited on a weekday afternoon in mid-September. There were lifeguards in a couple of places and a couple of parasol and sunlounger places, including one that offered bar service taking drinks to customers. The beach provides a number of showers, where shower gels and shampoos are banned. Read moreA long decent beach of pebbles and sand, so bring water shoes. You get a decent view of the harbour the further south you go. Shaded parking is available at the far northern end but the main strip is the most accessible and is not shaded. There are bars and taverna's along the front.
