[Editor:Please, please, please improve your photos for this listing! |A photo of the sea through our balcony railings, from our bed in suite 6, would be a perfect and tantalising picture for your accommodation. Also, photos of the beautiful pots of flowers and plants from the very front of the building, all the way up to our first floor suite would be nice too. Maybe even a group photo of the hosts and the lovely Natalia herself!]|My husband and I flew from Birmingham to the airport in Argastoli, and stayed in suite number 6 on the 1st floor at Natalia Studios, on the sea front in Poros, earlier this month (September 2004), for 10 days. |Note: We recommend you pack beach shoes as most of the beaches are pebbly, as is the sea. |Nectarios and his sister Friderica were excellent hosts. They were very welcoming and they could not have done more for us during our stay. The bed was so comfortable, the kitchenette was well equipped, and we were provided with fresh bedding and towels almost every other day. |We hired a car for the duration of our holiday and visited many beaches around the island, including Fiskardo at the far north point of the island. |The best authentic, Greek style restaurant, we found, was Agrapidos Taverna, which has a beautiful view. We ate there in the evening, twice, and once at lunchtime. Gerasimos Kampitsis is the owner and he was very hospitable. The food was outstandingly delicious and well presented. The service was excellent. Try to find a table with a sea view.|For the strong swimmers, it is actually possible to swim from one end of the beach front, near The Fotis Family restaurant, back to the beach in front of Natalia Studios, as long as you stay relatively close to the edge of the beach and not too far away from the edge where the current could be strong.|We were able to see turtles on our last day, when drove our hire car back to Argostoli and saw the fishing boats. The fishermen were selling their catch to whoever was interested in buying the fish and, of course, they fed the turtles too which was a stunning and humbling experience. |During our stay in mid-September, we did have mixed weather. However, we returned back to a very rainy England with enviable tans after 10 days. All in all, a fabulous holiday.|Thank you...
Read moreWe visited Natalia's House at the start of September with our 7 years old son and at the end we all came up with the decision that we have spent one of the best vacations in our life. Natalia's house is just 5 steps to a beautiful and quiet beach where you can have the chance for snorkelling. You can sleep with relaxing sound of the waves and if you get up early you can see the red sun rise from your balcony. Our room was exceptionally clean and the property owners were very friendly, smiling and helping. The village Poros is very quite and it is not so touristic like the other villages in the island. You can act like a local in Poros and become friends with them. They are very hospitable. I wish and hope to stay at Natalia's House again, It has been 2 days but we all missed it. Triple studio has two rooms , one of them has a kitchennette , single bed and dinner table, the other room has double bed ( which is very comfy ) and wardrobe. There is a balcony around the triple room which you can access it from two rooms. Balcony has a panaromic seaview where almost you can see the fishes...
Read moreI stayed here as a solo traveller for my week in Poros. From the minute I got in I knew I would have a pleasant stay. The host is very kind, very attentive and a lot of hard work goes into making this a spotless place (please ideally don't use lotions that'll stain towels/sheets or use air con when you're not in the room)
Upon a very late night check in, Natalia bought a toastie, fruit and water to my room as she guessed I could be hungry after travelling (she was right). During my stay she checked if everything was ok (outstanding) and my room was always clean.
The location is perfect, right next to Ragia beach and you can hear the waves from your window. There's 2 beach bars close by and lots of tavernas no more than 5-30 mins walk away (depending on how far you want to go)
If you're looking for a relaxing beach stay, this is the place to be!...
