Panos Water Sports & Fun Park, Lygia Lefkada — Attraction in Lefkada Municipality

Bad and messed up service. I can go on about this. But ill keep it short.

We rent a boat for Saturday, 15 min. In the water the boat stops. The battery was dead so Panos keep to get us. We then changed dates to 2 days later.

Different boat, different day, the same thing happens. Panos changed the battery on the water. Before he did that he and his son cut the anchor because it was stuck.

We went straight to their station. All of a sudden the wife says we have to pay for a new anchor and patrol.

We paid 80eu for a whole day the boat broke down twice. They said we did it. They gave us a broken boat and cut the anchor theirselfs.

The wife started blaming us and shaming us.(saying things like i know you type of people) Calling us names, which made me mad. She called us liars and that we broke the boat and cut the anchor, which they did.

This made me miserable, never have i ever.

She keeps talking about a contract. they gave us the broken boat. made free 80euro and expected us to pay more for something they did.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

We wasted 2 days here for nothing.

I don't mind paying if i broke something, but they broke the anchor and they gave us a broken or a boat with low battery!!

SAVE YOUR MONEY!! THE WIFE IS ALSO...

We went there on the tubes behind the speed boat and had a great time. But… one week later we emailed them and specifically asked whether we could come for supping with the family, 2 adults and 2 kids. Owner replied “of course”.

When we got there they were surprised to see us. They had only two supping boards(!) and suggested we rented a kayak. The owner was lying down on a sunbed and did not even bother to stand up. He denied having seen the email. When we showed him his reply WHILE HE WAS STILL LYING DOWN he gave no explanation and suggested that we should share the supping board.

Afterwards the owner sent an email stating that this was “a misunderstanding”. No apologies. The misunderstanding was caused because…. “you just never asked to do 4 person simultaneously”. Yeah. It was all our fault.

So people… if you go there, be VERY specific and make sure you deal with the woman and stay away...

Άκρατος αντιεπαγγελματισμός. Ρώτησα την γυναίκα αν είναι για ηλικίες 6 και 8 και μου είπε ότι υπάρχουν λαβές και μπορούν να ανέβουν τα παιδιά. Οπότε και προχώρησα σε πληρωμή, παραλαβή σωσιβίων και τα παιδιά έπεσαν στην θάλασσα και κολύμπησαν στο χώρο των φουσκωτών. Δεν βρήκαν καμία λαβή οπότε πήγα και εγώ ο ίδιος να ελέγξω.

Με έκπληξή μου διαπίστωσα ότι όντως δεν υπάρχουν λαβές και είναι αδύνατον με φορεμένο σωσίβιο να ανέβεις στα φουσκωτά. Οι μοναδικές λαβές που υπάρχουν είναι καλυμμένες από ένα άλλο φουσκωτό που είναι δεμένοι δίπλα του. Δηλαδή είναι τόσο άσχετοι που τις κάλυψαν!

Όταν το ανέφερα αυτό, η αντιμετώπιση τους ήταν ειρωνική και προσβλητική. Μας ανέφεραν ότι δεν βλέπουμε τις λαβές και υπάρχουν, προσβολή στα ανήλικα ότι δεν μπορούν να ανέβουν επειδή δεν έχουν μεγαλώσει σωστά και πληθώρα προσβλητικών σχολίων αλλά τίποτα σχετικά με την έλλειψη πρόσβασης στα φουσκωτά. Με φασαρία πήραμε πίσω τα λεφτά μας (2*12€). Να σημειωθεί ότι ούτε η άλλη οικογένεια με 2 παιδιά μπόρεσε να τα χρησιμοποιήσει. Μάλιστα το μεγάλο παιδί τους και ο πατέρας τραυματίστηκαν στην προσπάθεια να ανέβουν. Η γυναίκα πήρε το κανό για να μας δείξει που βρίσκονται οι λαβές και όταν βγήκε μετά από 20 λεπτά που έψαχνε και ερωτήθηκε για τις λαβές, απάντησε " δεν έψαχνα για τις λαβές". Φεύγοντας φώναζαν ξανά ότι φταίει η λάθος ανατροφή. Απολίτιστοι και αγενείς. Καμία εντύπωση που 7 ημέρες που μείναμε και περνούσαμε καθημερινά 2 ή 4 φορές δεν βλέπαμε κόσμο στα φουσκωτά.

Μάλιστα, ο άντρας μας ζήτησε στο τέλος λεφτά και για την ομπρέλα επειδή θύμωσε που έπρεπε να επιστρέψει τα λεφτά όπως επίσης περίμενε να φύγουμε για να βγάλει και φωτογραφία τις πινακίδες του...
