Disappointing Experience at Sto Limani

Our visit to Sto Limani was, unfortunately, one of the most disappointing meals we had during our stay in Lefkada. The food lacked basic quality — the shrimps were not properly cleaned, and the pasta had very little flavor. Portions were extremely small, barely covering the plate. We left still hungry, and considering the price we paid, the experience felt completely unjustified. The value for money was seriously lacking.

Although the service was relatively fast, it likely had more to do with the limited number of customers. Cleanliness was another concern: the menus were stained, the table was slightly sticky, and the salt and pepper shakers looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

If Sto Limani wants to attract and keep guests, improvements are urgently needed — starting with food quality, portion sizes, hygiene, and...

Maybe the best place to eat in Lefkada. Food is always great and fresh. Service is excellent with a professional behaviour you meet only in michelen restaurants. This is a family tavern, at its best. Lately Lefkada and the locals, due to over tourism, they became cheap and rude. They see the tourists as walking wallets and they don't care about quality. In this place you actually see what this island was 40 years ago, in the era of Onassis. Honesty, cleanness, best quality, friendly but professional behaviour. During my one-week stay in the island, I have 3 times dinner there. It's the absolute to-go place in Lefkada. One tip: in days of heatwave, go after 20.00...

We had a good meal here And some different choices of food not seen before like Dakos salad- bread and tomato with capers and feta Lamb shanks with rosemary and rice Grilled sardines

But the wasps are ridiculous Coffee burners made no difference at all Only leave you alone when meal cleared
