Lovely beach with fine sand and clear warm water. Two sunbeds and umbrella was 8 euro ( September 2025 ). No wind. Be aware of noise from landing airplanes on Heraklion airport. Middle of September there was a landing plane literally every 5-10 minutes. If you are looking for very quiet beach , this one may be is not the best. All the rest was perfect.

Ομορφη μεγάλη παραλία. Κοντά στο Ηράκλειο. Έχει άμμο. Εχει επισης ομπρέλες του Δήμου 7 € το σετ. Ακόμη υπάρχει μια καντίνα πανω απο την παραλία όπου μπορείς να πάρεις καφε αναψυκτικό, η κατι να φας.Οταν εχει πολύ ζέστη χωρίς ομπρέλα δεν μπορεις να καθίσεις. Εχει επίσης και ντούς.

Slechts een paar kilometer ten noorden van het vliegveld van Heraklion kan je ongedwongen voor een paar uur of langer heerlijk aan het strand vertoeven. Men kent daar geen tarief voor de huur van ligbedden en parasol. Het bestellen van bier en/of frisdrank tegen een schappelijke prijs is een vrijkaart voor het gebruik daarvan. Iedere vakantie op Kreta brengen wij daar een of meerdere keren een bezoek. Vriendelijke...

Super Strand. Das Set (zwei Liegen und ein Schirm) für 5€. Leider keine Dusche am Strand. Dafür aber Ruhe, flacher Strandabschnitt und wenig Touristen. Hauptsächlich von Einheimischen besucht. Ein fester Imbisswagen für Snacks und kalten Getränke ist in Reichweite direkt am Strand. Den großen Supermarkt kann man leicht mit dem Roller oder Quad erreichen. Unterm Strich: toller...
