Πήρα μια μπάλα παγωτό Παύλοβα και μέσα είχε ένα κομματάκι πλαστικό.Το είπα στα κορίτσια του μαγαζιού και στην αρχή μου είπαν ότι είναι το κεράσι αλλά το κομμάτι ήταν σκληρό,συμπαγές και μυτερό.Ημουν απόλυτα σίγουρη ότι είναι πλαστικό.Μου ζήτησαν συγγνώμη και μου είπαν θα ενημερώσουν την εταιρεία.Τι θα γινόταν αν τραυματιζόμουν ή το είχε καταπιεί μικρό παιδί?

Τα δύο αστεράκια είναι για το ευγενικό προσωπικό. Κατά τα λοιπά είναι πολύ ακριβό για την ποιότητα που προσφέρει και φτωχό σε ποκιλίες. Λογικά, ένα μαγαζί που πουλάει αποκλειστικά παγωτό, θα έπρεπε να έχει περισσότερες γεύσεις. Το παγωτό ήτανε σα νερωμένο η γεύση δεν ήταν τόσο έντονη και πηχτή.

I visited with my girlfriend last week and I had an amazing experience! The girl who served me was Very helpful and she recommended me the carrot cake with ice-cream which was delicious! I don't know who needs to know this but employees such as miss Mariana can make a customer feel very valued! Thank you for your service! We will visit...

I don’t get how this gets so many bad reviews. The ice cream is so soft, smooth, creamy, and silky. And also, the staff is incredible, I don’t understand the reviews. Personally, I recommend this shop. This restaurant IS A MUST it’s so good. Love...
