Flocafe espresso room — Restaurant in Municipality of Marousi

We order a coffee, a hot chocolate and pancakes. Waited for 25 minutes and got only the really (cold) coffee. 5 minutes later they brought the pancakes and they were also cold so we asked them to bring hot ones, they also forgot the hot chocolate. They brought the hot chocolate and 10 minutes later the new cold pancakes. We asked them not to charge us for the pancakes since we couldn't eat them and the waitress rudely explained to us that they were cold because the cream on top is cold ¿?. The manager (or whoever it was) told her it was okay not to charge us and we only payed...

Wants to give zero star. Poor service. I was seated right next to the counter. Waved at waiter, ignored. I went to the counter to order, the female staff told me curtly to sit back down & they will come over. 15mins past no staff came. Staff were not busy at all. Coffee is great, served by an amazing guy named Konstantin who recommended Profiterol and boy it was the recommendation. I can easily say that in my 50 years of life I have my "fair" share of dessert but the Profiterol was out of this world, a completely different approach which blew me and my wife's mind..... SIMPLY...
