A Hidden Paradise Waiting to be Discovered! Rhodes Island is the perfect blend of history, nature, and culture. The island enchants every visitor with its ancient ruins, stunning beaches, and rich cultural heritage. From the moment you step foot on Rhodes, you can feel the soul of the island. Every corner reveals the beauty and history it has preserved through the centuries. One of the most impressive parts of Rhodes is the medieval Old Town, surrounded by ancient walls. This UNESCO World Heritage Site transports you back in time. Exploring its narrow streets, walking on the cobblestone paths, and witnessing the historical landmarks should be at the top of your to-do list. The natural beauty of Rhodes is also a key attraction. Beaches like St. Paul’s Beach, Tsambika Beach, and Anthony Quinn Bay are among the most beautiful spots on the island. The crystal-clear waters and pristine sands provide the perfect escape. However, be mindful of the rocky areas on some beaches, as they can be a hazard when swimming. Further inland, places like the Valley of the Butterflies offer a tranquil retreat into nature. For those who love hiking and nature walks, Rhodes has plenty to offer. The culinary experience in Rhodes is another highlight. From traditional Greek dishes to fresh seafood, there’s something for every palate. Local tavernas and restaurants provide a warm, authentic Greek hospitality that makes every meal special. If you’re thinking of exploring the Greek islands, Rhodes is a must-visit. Its combination of historical and natural beauty offers visitors an unforgettable experience. Every moment spent on this island is truly enchanting!

So much history, great atmosphere and delightful walks to be had on Rhodes. Even though the hotels may not be as fancy as the newer outer city I would highly recommend staying within the old town itself. There's plenty to see and do. The Grandmaster's Keep and multiple museums could easily take you 2 days to properly look through if you take your time and absorb it all. Then there's the restaurants and tavernas to eat and drink merryly in. A bar or two for the party goers and to top it off a bunch of shopping to be had both day and night. There are public toilets, money exchange shops, laundromats......and more all within the walls. Walking along the maze like cobbled passages and getting lost is half the fun (though hard to do now-a-days with Google maps.....so turn it off). If you want more to add to the list then head to the Rhodes Acropolis. Not much in the temple sense but the stadium is impressive. Outside the walls are plenty of eating spits, bars, eateries Nd more gems to find. Take a day cruise or simply sip a cocktail or two and take in some of the impressive mega yachts.

@tripgo @Travelers4LivingLife @Pantu_life
