Nice site to visit, very disappointed on the staff selling the entrance ticket. Be aware you can be overcharged when paying in dollars!
I asked how much the ticket is, the guy told me 20 dollars. I gave him 100 dollars note and asked if I can get the change in dollars. He said yes. After 10 min of waiting without any explanation on what he was doing, giving the bancnote to his colleague for extra checks, signing lots of paperwork and calculating on his calculator, he gives me back the change in dollars and local money. Entrance costs 150 quetzals a day...
