Worst experience ever in Singapore 🇸🇬. Almost I have covered all attractions in Singapore but the worst experience is ifly. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who want to try this out of curiosity as it looks like skydiving 🪂. Nothing like that. Waste of money they are charging a huge amount nearly $80 to try twice (almost 5000 INR). As we went late to the spot, they charged $30 (2000 INR) as a late fee. As we booked through online we got $10 offer. Even they are trying to add that in the late fee and asked $40. After showing the email receipt for $30 as cancellation fee they agreed. No proper videos or photos has been clicked. It’s a one sided one and charging $35 for a single digital copy (photo and video is optional). Even it is an indoor skydive they are not letting the kid to fly alone because of safety issues. Very disappointed with the team. Only for 45sec we need to pay huge amount. People who want a real skydiving experience please don’t waste money in this. Highly not recommended for kids who want to fly alone to get a bird experience. They said the kid is not stable to fly alone. From my point they knew the small kids are not stable so why can’t they increase the age limit for kids instead of saying something and doing something. They exaggerated the trading as 1 hour training but it is only for 5 to 10 minutes and 45 seconds flying. Also, after purchasing the two round ticket, if you want to fly high you need to purchase ticket for $50 (3000 INR) again. No idea why can’t they do that in the second round. My humble request to the team is please take a wise decision and reconsider the kids age limit. I would say it might be suitable for adults. It’s my own experience no idea how this works for others. Thanks for reading. Think twice before you purchase ticket...
Read moreHorrendous experience for our 8-year-old birthday. He went into the waiting area of the tunnel with a bunch of adults, whilst I was ushered away to the cafe area and was not allowed to be seaedt outside on the other side of the protected screen by him (maybe to stop us taking video's - there was no other reason for me to be ushered away!). Once he saw the first adult spinning around and lose all control and training tips (and who just kept on giving the thumbs down - to get out), my son freaked out and started sobbing to get out. It took 5 mins to seek the assistant's eye to allow me back inside the "restricted area" to be seated outside by my Son on the other side of the glass perimeter.
I said that he wanted out, that he didn't want to be inside anymore. It took another 8-10 minutes for them to let him out. Then nothing. No questions on " how was he, what was up, does he need help etc etc". We just wanted to go and got him out of the uniform. On the way out I spoke with the reception, and told them exactly what happened - a blank look is all we received. No empathy. Nothing!! I asked could a voucher be given as no "Dive" took place due to the irresponsible experience of seeing a fully grown adult completely be out of her depth and scaring our young son, and yet receive a flat "NO. No refunds allowed and NO Vouchers!!"
Thank you very much IFLY for ruining our son's Birthday - maybe all your staff and instructors should take more awareness and empathy training and look out for those most vulnerable and let the children go first in the line!! Or at least let them out when sobbing and...
Read moreTotal 45 seconds of flight time 2. The max height you will gain is 6 or say 8 feet (till the point instructors hands can reach )
So before you are ready to spend 85 dollars just repeat with me its just 45 seconds of flight time that too with instructor holding you whole time .
The experiece is good but they mis lead you in thinking its a 45 min flight . Well here is whatr they do . you get the tickets . A simple demonstration about the posture when inside (20 mins) . Than suiting up some safety instructions . And finally you are in waiting area with say some 10 people. Instructor will pick one flight start .. and before you breath 10 times its over . you wondering what just happened . it gets repeated same with 1 more person . you start thinking may be the setup is too costly to be run for long time . And to prove you wrong two girls will suit up get in the air and start showing you tricks in air for say 3 minute . This loop continus and for your 45 sec flight turn you will wait before 10 peoples flight (4.5 mins) and some 20 min show . A complte waste of time you you only wanted to enjoy the flight time not some fly show . I seriously wanted to ask them why they are so much miser about customers flight time and wasting a lot of time in their air show ?
Anyway i walked out and made sure atrleast ten people who were with me dont waste their money . FYI no where in their premises its written that actual flight time is only 45 seconds . And staff try to trick you once you...
