I recently visited Janoos Water World and overall, it was a delightful experience with well-maintained facilities and enjoyable rides. However, I would like to offer a few suggestions that could further enhance the visitor experience and help in building stronger customer loyalty:
Ticketing Policy: In cases where a family of four visits, and only three members intend to enjoy the rides and pools while one person stays back to assist or supervise, it seems unfair that all four are required to purchase full-entry tickets. It would be beneficial to consider a different category of ticket — such as a “Non-Rider” or “Visitor” pass — at a reduced price for those who are not using the rides. This change would surely be appreciated by families and encourage more visitors.
Water Operations Based on Crowd Size: It was observed that water flow for slides and rain dance areas is being operated based on crowd count. When the number of visitors is around 20 or less, the water for slides and rain dance is often shut off. Even after repeated requests, it was only turned on temporarily for 15–20 minutes before being turned off again. This can dampen the experience for guests who have paid for full access. Keeping all rides and water activities operational during business hours, regardless of the crowd size, would leave a much more positive impression and encourage repeat visits.
Staff Professionalism: While most of the staff were courteous, there is room for improvement, especially among some female staff and ride operators. A few instances of rude or indifferent behavior were noticed, and similar feedback was heard from other guests as well. Providing professional training in customer service, communication, and hospitality would significantly improve the overall experience and reputation of the park.
Conclusion: Other than these areas of improvement, everything else — the cleanliness, safety measures — was excellent. With small adjustments, Janoos Water World has the potential to become one of the top destinations for family recreation.
Looking forward to visiting again and seeing these...
Read moreI visited Janoo’s Water Park today and was very disappointed with the overall hygiene, safety, and poor enforcement of rules.
Food inside water play areas I was shocked to see people openly eating snacks, ice creams, and other food inside the pools and water play zones. This is highly unhygienic and unsafe for everyone. A water park should maintain clean, sanitary conditions — especially around the water areas.
Trash floating in the water I personally saw paper waste, food wrappers, and even a diaper in or around the pool areas. This clearly shows a lack of maintenance and supervision.
No enforcement of swimwear We paid extra to rent proper swimsuits, but most visitors were in regular clothes, playing in the pools. There was no staff ensuring the swimwear rule was followed, making the payment feel pointless and the water less hygienic.
About kids and mothers I want to be very clear — I am not objecting to mothers bringing food for infants or feeding babies. That is absolutely understandable and should always be supported. But water parks should have a designated area for this purpose. Feeding or eating food inside the pool or water-play zones is not acceptable, even if it’s snacks or ice creams. It puts everyone's health at risk.
📢 My message to management: Please take immediate steps to ban food inside pool areas, enforce proper swimwear, and ensure regular cleaning. The park has good rides and potential, but the current conditions make it uncomfortable and unhygienic...
Read moreNot at all nice... Maintenance is very poor. The water in the pools is not clear. A high concentration of bleach or chlorine is there in the water. I don't think the filtering system is working fine!!! We have to leave our chappals outside of the play area and there were no maats on the steps and it was very difficult even to reach the lockers as the floor was too hot. Lockers were all rusty and broken. no No sufficient lockers, no sufficient dressing rooms or toilets and they are too small...only 3 slides are there here... Initially I thought the vizag water world was too small l, but this is even smaller. If one wants to enjoy a complete day, it's better for them to visit Vizag...
