Went here just to try something new, and it was a good decision to do right that! This is a really nice outlet - clean and spacious - with courteous and polite staff who are willing to help.

The burgers are really good and the menu offers some really great choices! It’s a classic American styled grilled burger menu which is prepared quite well by the folks here. The taste too is unique and my personal favorite right now is the grilled afghani chicken burger and the American cheese chicken burger. It was quite flavorful and the patty was juicy and the buns were perfect and soft. Also tried the chicken fillet burger, but that wasn’t as awesome as the other two … I felt the quantity of chicken and the peri peri sauce inside wasn’t enough and was left wanting. I also felt that the food could be a bit more warmer but that’s alright…

The place also offers fries and sides like nuggets along with cool drinks. The pricing too is very competitive and for the quality of burgers, it surely...

Visited Biggies Burger on KR Puram highway (in the shopping complex) and had a really good experience. The place is clean, has a proper hand wash area, and the ambiance is simple but neat.

There was just one person managing the counter and preparing the food – and she did an excellent job. Though I don’t remember her name, she was kind, patient, and courteous while taking our order.

We ordered the Krunchy Chicken Burger Meal Box, which came with a delicious burger, a hash brown, choco pie, mayo dip, super hot and crispy fries (soft on the inside!), and a Coke. Also tried the Krunchy Potato Burger, Cold Coffee, and Cheese Fries – everything was fresh and tasty.

Special mention to the fries – probably the best we’ve had in a while!

I had the worst experience of my life at this cafe. I went with my wife and we ordered a lamb burger for me and a paneer burger for my wife who has been a strict vegetarian all her life. After we got our order my wife took a bite and realised that there was something wrong with the burger. On closer inspection, I realised that she had been served a chicken burger instead of a paneer burger. She had an emotional meltdown on realising what had happened and in the meanwhile all the staff and manager could do was fight amongst themselves and blame each other for the mistake. The manager was apologetic but the staff (Biswajit and Paranjay) were rude and made it seem like it was our mistake.
