Mystery Rooms Chandigarh – Official Live-Action Escape Room Experience — Attraction in Chandigarh

It's really very awesome experience. You would love this place if your are a thriller and suspense movies freek or if you enjoy watching original Netflix series. There are total 9 mystry rooms means 9 different mysteries to solve. They give you one hour time to solve the mystery as per your choise with the pre-prescribed rates which I have shared in the photos. You can buy extra 15 min @500/- upto 2 times means you can get extra 30min @1000/-. It's so fun and interesting and involving that you won't even feel the time passing so fast. We visited there on 28th June 2023 and chosen "Cabin in the Woods- The murder Mystery". The good thing is that this is all about teamwork and presence of mind and working the things out collectively. No one alone can solve the puzzles. The staff here is so positive, helping and guide you thoroughly. Many celebrities have visited this place. The place is neat and clean. The mystery rooms are clean, well organised and ambiance is very good. We didn't feel any kind of smell or anything. Restroom/Washroom is also clean. We thoroughly enjoyed there. I recommend everyone to visit there at least once for personal experience and...

Super bad experience.. I took 11 kids to celebrate my son's birthday and it was the most unpleasant experience. When I called to book, lady on the phone (Neha) was super rude and pretended she was doing us a favor. She refused to let us use the party room if there were less than 15 members. Spoke to her manager and solved for it as we were paying for it. On reaching we were charged for 12 people, which is additional 1800 bucks. She did not bother counting heads. I repeatedly told her there were 11 kids. Post game started She called me and confirmed I was overcharged and she will make the adjustments in the end. Kids won the game and they were told that medals are out of stock... kids were super disappointed as they wanted to take home a momentum. At the end when asked to refund the additional charges we were made to wait for 40 minutes and then they outright refused saying we gave them incorrect numbers.

Staff is really rude and unprofessional. Hygiene is questionable, false advertising about giving medals to winning teams... overall would not recommend at all...and even if you still decide to go please check the amount they...

Yesterday we played Cabinet in the Woods, we were told there won’t be any AC in first room but in the second room. As we entered the second room the AC was not working properly and their torches were also not functioning well.

We quit the game and came out sweating and the person who handled us first was unprofessional and disrespectful to us. He tried gas light us to believe that we are the one at fault here.

The other guy who entered us was quite opposite he knew what he was doing and accepted the mistake and said sorry multiple times for the inconvenience. We were almost satisfied by his service until we realised the disrespect we got from first fellow when he showed his face again.

We asked them to call their manager for solution and she said that she’s sleeping. We were more shocked by the unprofessional behaviour and mismanagement which was through the roof than the game faults.

Also feeling sorry for the employees who got this kind of manager who ignores their problems in the face of consequences, instead of giving solution turns...
