Akshardham Temple — Attraction in Delhi

The temple complex is beautifully designed and very well maintained. Phones, bags, and all electronic gadgets are not allowed inside, so plan accordingly. There are official counters where visitors can get their photographs clicked, which is a good option since personal cameras aren’t allowed.

The food court is reasonably priced and offers a variety of options. We tried the idli, papdi chaat, dosa, and chocolate ice cream all were fresh and enjoyable.

Dress modestly: shorts, tank tops, and revealing clothes are not permitted.

Expect strict security checks at the entrance along with a lot of crowd.
