Sky Night Café & Lounge — Restaurant in Delhi

Went there on the day of Eid, pathetic atmosphere, literally pathetic, especially for females and non smokers. It was just pathetic,from the management to the ambience to the food,every single thing,they even served me burnt garlic toast . So first of all,we had to wait there to find a seat which were approximately 20 minutes, although there were people sitting there just idle and doing nothing yet we had to wait and then we got our seats ,they literally again took 20 minutes+++ just to take our order ,nobody was even concerned about the customers,they were not even listening. For a moment we thought to leave the place and many other people left too but they were not bothered at all. And then when they took our order they took 40 mins again to serve and that too ,they didn't serve each item together,they were taking time even after that . And atmosphere ki toh kya hee baat Karu,it was just pathetic,people who visit this place simply don't match my persona ,I was feeling like leaving but we had no other option to go,there were literally males only at this place so being a female I felt more than just uncomfortable. Food wasn't good but it wasn't bad as well,but some of the items they served were burned so I had to give 1 star and obviously they weren't bothered about it. after the meal we again had to wait 20++ min to get the cheque so basically I would never go here again ever. ( I went there all the way from North Delhi, I don't live in okhla or nearby so it wasn't worth it for me at all,maybe for people living in okhla it might be good coz they are immune to cheap ambience but not for me) Mosquitos might kill you so take a spray and elevator takes too long to come so u might have to...

Second visit - Good experience. I decided to give it another try on a weekday, and the experience was quite different.

On weekdays, the cafe felt much more peaceful and calm, without the weekend rush. I was able to actually enjoy the food this time, and it turned out to be quite good. The service was also smoother since the staff wasn’t overwhelmed with too many customers. The overall ambiance was relaxing, and I could appreciate the setting much better than before.

We ordered chicken cheese pizza and chicken tikka pizza. Both were so yum and we really enjoyed it. I had a really good time on this second visit. The service was also appreciable. 👏🏼

So, while my weekend visit was disappointing, my weekday visit was pleasant. I’d recommend coming here during weekdays if you want a quieter atmosphere and better service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Sky Night Cafe. The food quality was absolutely terrible—completely not worth the price. But the worst part was the behavior of the billing counter staff, specifically a person named Amir. When I requested to pay by card, he rudely informed me that they only accept cash. Surprised, I remarked that it's strange for such a big cafe to not have card payment facilities. Instead of explaining professionally, Amir became aggressive, started arguing, and even used abusive language! His behavior seemed as if he was under the influence of alcohol—absolutely unacceptable for someone working at the billing counter of a reputed establishment.

It’s shocking and disturbing to encounter such behavior in a public place. I strongly advise against visiting this cafe unless they address these serious issues. Such unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy should not...
