There are 3 play areas. One for kids below certain height. Air ballon based games (height is measured to allow ) Trampoline and jump/climb based ballon based games (height is measured to allow )

If all kinds are around same age/height they can enjoy togather. We have taken 4 yr old with his cousions they were bit older, so they could not play togather. So knowing what is allowed will let you plan before. would be better to plan ahead when you have anh kids below 6yr..

Expensive still bitter experience, We have payed for 1 hr +1hr to play in two different areas 650 per person, they have mentioned that you can take a 10mins break between. After paying 1hr we had taken break at cafe in the same premise but with kids it got extended and returned back to other play area, Very friendly and genuine staffs simply rejected our entry. Surprised to know that time ticks from bill payment not at an entry.

For the management, if you calculate the allowed time from billing keep the bill desk outside the enclosure, do restrict the entry and make it easier to understand for the new comer. After allowing in anyways you have people who check to enter inside each play area and keep the timing. How do customers intuitively know that you count from billing.

Basically you operate with your own model how do you expect the new customer come in would know all about your rules. Atlease make it stratght forward to customer that time is already running when they paid. When some jus enter into premise

After long unpleasant conversation they allowed in , by the time they made me feel enhausted explaining I have not used the play area and just entered. after spending 4k in the premises I felt being treated very rough and simple hidden rules came out as not allowed. We recently visited this amusement park in Coimbatore on my birthday, and we can confidently say that it was the most pathetic place we have ever been to. From the moment we stepped foot inside, it was evident that the staff members were incredibly inexperienced and unprofessional. Their constant stare made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe throughout our visit. This place is an absolute nightmare, especially for girls and women.

The hospitality at this amusement park is simply nonexistent. The staff's complete lack of manners and basic courtesy is astonishing. The male staff members, who clearly lacked any sort of training, were quick to pass judgment on visitors without any reason. Their incompetence only added to the overall negative experience. As for the female staff, their rude behavior was beyond comprehension. They seemed to have no concept of customer service and treated us with utter disrespect.

In all honesty, we must emphasize that this amusement park is the worst we have ever come across, not just in Coimbatore, but in the entire world. It is an utterly useless establishment that fails to deliver even the most basic expectations. The management should be deeply ashamed for running such a disgraceful and unwelcoming place.

We strongly advise everyone to stay away from this amusement park. It is a complete waste of time, money, and energy. Save yourselves from the distress and disappointment that we had to endure. There are numerous other attractions in Coimbatore that offer a far more enjoyable and safe experience. One of the worst customer service experience, not even qualified for a single star. We went on Wed during Christmas holidays with 2 kids aged below 5 years and a child above 10 years. The customer service person (Mahalakshmi) at the billing counter said that one of the kid height was above their height policy and they can't allow to play in the kids area and instead asking to play in the adult section. We have requested that the kid is studying only UKG and very calm person as opposed to other kids below her age. Even after multiple polite requests and we were ready to pay the adult fees, but the customer service person was very adamant and didn't allow. When we asked to meet the higher mgmt. person, she said they are in a meeting and we will not be able to meet. I have not seen any place where I haven't faced this kind experience, it was very evident that the person is trying to win the situation and not the customer's heart.
