I have been regular to this place since my childhood, and post to their renovation their varieties and quality just got even better .! This time I wanted to order something different in their birthday Cake Menu and I opted for their signature Fresh RASAMALAI CAKE which they have recently introduced and happen to be a trending one in the city. I ordered 4KG RASAMALAI CAKE one day before, they asked for the time of delivery, based on which they scheduled the preparation. I wanted it around 3-4 pm and they prepared it on the same day Delivery was prompt 👍🏼 Decoration was ostentatious.! 😍 Fresh cream and rasamalai was so delicious 😋 Every one enjoyed the cake and received positive feedback, and some ppl even enquired about where it was ordered.! I strongly recommend this place to make your celebrations a memorable one.! 👍🏼👍🏼🎂🎂

Food - they've got everything, right from pastas, pizza's, burger's, sandwiches to Indian rice items. Foods to try - smoked sandwich ❤, glazed donuts, their cakes are yummy.. Filter coffee, fried rices + manchurian, lava cake and shakes. Ambience - it's so cool. The in-house interior is so so good.. it gives you a vibrant vibe. Staffs - they're all so sweet. Price - very much affordable. It's not so high. Certain food varieties are a bit high. Service - they don't take too much time. Cakes - they've got a wide variety of cakes. Should definitely try it out and also you can pre-order cakes for any occasion.

I have ordered a Vanilla donut, a Korean cheese bun and a plum cake. All three were really good. The vanilla cream in the donut was really creamy and not too sweet. I enjoyed it. A little more cream would have made it ultimate. The korean cheese bun was ultimate. The combination of cheese and garlic was out of the world. The plum cake was good. The cost was also reasonable and the delivery was on time.

worst Experience .. Today I went with my friend to have a food. we occupied first floor for dinning after ordering food. 5 members came I hope they all one gang they were seeking for seats. we both were on four seaters place ,well near by me two girls were seated in 4 seaters place. one of the waiter came and asked us to change place I refused it first atlast for ur business we agreed to change the place after coming to ground floor I noticed at first floor near by places also two people occupied four seaters place, when I enquired about this to waiter like they both also in four seaters y dnt u approach them instead of us. he replied like girls wnt understand they create prob, guys can adjust and they can easy go... they treating customer on gender biased which is totally bad organizing so please ensure this should not happen again..

more over this is not the first time they are doing this for fourth time.

I hope management should take necessary action on it. or else u can put a board like only for 4 and 4+ members, but u dnt .. today it was an...

I recently visited Caramel New English Bakes and had a pretty good experience overall. While the bakery has a great ambiance and the service was excellent, I found that there was less variety of biscuits than I had hoped for.

That being said, I still highly recommend this bakery for anyone looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy some delicious baked goods. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

One thing I particularly enjoyed was the quality of the baked goods themselves. Everything I tried was fresh and flavorful, and the quality of the ingredients really shone through.

Overall, I would give Caramel New English Bakes 4 stars. While the variety of biscuits could be improved, the ambiance, service, and quality of the baked goods are all top-notch. Give it a try if you're...
