I stayed in this Hotel for 3 times and all the three times I had very bitter experiences which were purely due to lack of communication among the front office staff and their inexperience. 1ST EXPERIENCE I had informed well in advance regarding my advancement of my arrival, but on my arrival (12.00pm in the night), as the information told by me was not properly communicated, I had to wait for 1hour to get my room allotted, can imagine the hardship to wait for 1hour in the mid night. This had happened last month. 2ND EXPERIENCE i always book directly instead of online as hotel authorities allot the rooms on their choice for online booking due to reduced price. But here again even though I told for a superior room, on arrival they offered me a inferior room. As there was no other room available, I agreed for reduced rent and requested to change for the second day, this was agreed and confirmed by their GM. But while paying the bill, to my surprise, the rent was indicated for superior room for both days. When I asked the front office staff, they were not aware of this change over and based on m request they contacted their GM and understood there is a increase in rental charges indicated in the bill. When I insisted for a different bill, they informed that it requires top officials permission and informed that they would post the bill. As I had bitter experience in agreeing for sending the bill by courier, insisted for bill. Here again I need to wait for 1 hour to get my bill purely due to their improper communication between the front office staff. Also second day early morning (5.00AM) exactly at m arrival time front office staff was asking whether he need to extend my stay without even looking at my arrival data where in I had already indicated 2 days stay. Here front office staff without looking at my data, he made a call and disturbed my sleep. Both have happened last week (June 15 & 16) 3RD EXPERIENCE Though at the time arrival I had provided all the information including the zerox copy of my id, while vacating the room, in the bill, I was surprised to see only my name without address and even my initial. I had to explain the importance of name with full address as it is required for reimbursement.
All the aforesaid problems are purely reflecting the improper communication among the front office staff, their GM and their in experience.
Though the hotel is good, the management had to very seriously look in to the communication problem and have proper SOP and in experienced staff to be properly trained. Hope Management would take requisite corrective...

I visited this hotel on (check in dec 25 - check out dec 26 2019) based on my friend's suggestion. The hotel is not on the main road so you would not initially notice it grandly.
However, once you enter the gate and into the hallway, the ambience is Fantastic .. that huge hall is full white and feels great!
Once, I went to my my room, it was amazing. The quality was spot on.
I ordered food in the night and the food was also amazing. Loved it!
The staff here are very nice and friendly. I'll tell you why.
Coimbatore is a small city but with tones and tones of traffic and signals. I was suppose to catch my bus at Omni Bus stand just about 3.5 km from this hotel, its hardly 10-15 min journey. So, I booked an ola cab 45 min prior to the bus boarding time. That AH cancelled the cab without intimation (Ola in Coimbatore is F** Bad, I had 4 bad experiences in just two months!!)
I was getting tensed as I was not able to book another cab as none were available, The manager of the hotel at that time (Dec 2019), told me not to worry and arranged one of his employees to drop me to the Omni on bike!
I reached the bus stand just in time.
This is above and beyond Customer Service. HATS OFF.
(Because of such delay in writing this review, I forgot the manager's name and the employee who dropped to the bus stand, However, if the management could identify these two, they should be awarded for their fantastic customer service.. you need people like them!)
If I have to come to coimbatore, I will make sure that I land here.

Read moreSimple and Superb breakfast! The rooms are silent and well maintained. The people in the reception are very soft spoken and they are very kind. Good place for a small business trip, located in a prime location of Coimbatore. Had sound sleep, the bed was good and the rooms were silent inspite of being located in such a busy area. Basement car parking was not that great, but not bad. Also the smoke due to live counter in dining area during breakfast makes one to get suffocated with in few minutes. This is not good for the health of their employees who are working in that restaurant. They don't serve meals for lunch in room, this was also a bit disappointing. Also they don't have seperate stone or pan for making dosa during breakfast, the use the same flat stone (dosai kallu) and dosa turner (dosai karandi) for both dosas and egg omletes, it was quite annoying, they don't prepare vegetarian food separately. Toothpicks used for lift operation is a good idea, but let it be kept pinned on a thermacole sheet instead of a small bag pouch for better safety. When we try to take a toothpick out of the pouch, there are high chances that we may touch the other toothpicks of the bunch and leave the virus on all the toothpicks.
