Pizza Hut | Shipra Mall Indirapuram, Ghaziabad — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

I recently visited Pizza Hut at Shipra Mall, and I was extremely disappointed with the service. We explicitly requested that our name be called out when our order was ready, yet no one bothered to inform us. The order was left sitting out in the open, resulting in our food being cold by the time we realized it was ready.

This level of negligence is unacceptable. We were waiting nearby the entire time, and it was frustrating to find our order just sitting there with no effort made to let us know.

Pizza Hut needs to improve their communication and ensure orders are served fresh, not cold and ignored. Definitely not the experience I expected from such a...

My one friend attacked my another, another died , another hurled slur toward me later they started pointing toward each other . Who is responsible for the one who died .

Whatever pizza u order they all look the same just like Samsung phones . Garlick bread are without garlic. Drinks are without gas . Edges of the pizza are like embankment of river where cheese never flow . Base of the bizza is fatter than hippo skin . Cheese is pasted like collage . And extra cheese is only extra in menu.

And chef is damn confident because this is rare...

Had order delivery from them. Really hated it...had issue redeeming my voucher due to their incompetence. They cancelled my order and took back the pizza and then 30-40 mins later, the issue got resolved and what I got were the same pizza's that had arrived earlier. They didn't bother to atleast reheat the pizza's let alone deliver fresh and hot Pizza's as it was their fault...
