Burger King — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

Absolutely pathetic and horrendous !!!!

These guys are very very unprofessional and the outlet is nothing but a bunch of liars. I had placed an order of 2 'VEG' combo meals today. The delivery guy handed me the package and asked for payment. I got suspicious when he asked for ₹4 more than the actual billed amount. I asked him to provide the invoice for inspection. I was literally disgusted to see that the package handed over to me was of 'NON-VEG' (no offence to non-vegetarians). None of my family members have had non-vegetarian in their life so far.

I then called up the manager to seek an explanation. Instead of resolving the issue, he very conveniently started blaming 'third-party' delivery boy. The manager simply lied, because I saw the message of delivery details on the phone of person who came to deliver. It was clearly a case of negligence at the said outlet.

My order was delayed and when it finally arrived, it was not even hot as per the industry standards.

I highly recommend not to place any orders on this outlet. They are simply not worth your money.

This one rating is not for food but for the staff they hired at Shipra Mall, burger king. Pathetic staff. This is the 3rd time I have waited for 3 burgers for 40 mins. They were taking only 4 orders at a time serving them after 30-40 mins of taking order. Their screen shows the order is ready for pick up and when we reach at the counter, we waited for 20 mins more because the staff did not made the order. And when we took our order, they did not prepared the burger well.. they did not served the chicken whopper in a box instead they just put the burger in a tray. The sauce was very less and the stuffing was less. The stuffing was coming out of the burger. The staff was immature. I am not never gonna order from...

Must visit for all the burger lovers. They have all the varieties of burger available with them. Most important thing of burger king is that they serve very good dishes with awesome taste. And once you have it, you won't regret having eaten burger from this burger king. They also serve you different types of meal combination, nuggets, fries, hot dogs. Not to mention they have the softies and brownies as well as desert to please their customers. They take care of their customers very well and hence provide vegetarian, non vegetarian and eggterian foods. Guys go and grab some delicious burgers, what are you waiting for. Hurry up and enjoy...
