Extremely Disappointing Experience at Sagar Ratna, North India Mall, Ghaziabad
I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at Sagar Ratna, North India Mall, Ghaziabad. The manager, this bloke was incredibly unprofessional and dishonest.
I ordered food and was asked to pay through UPI. Upon successful payment, the manager claimed that it was the incorrect QR code and denied the order. Despite the clear deduction from my account, he insisted that he had not received the payment.
To make matters worse, the manager seemed to be using hand gestures to communicate, as if he was unable to speak due to chewing tobacco. This behavior was not only rude but also made it difficult to understand his demands. He also didn't do anything to resolve the issue. So according to him I was supposed to pay him again if I still needed my order. He was not even bothered about customer experience after committing fraudulent activity.
I am deeply disappointed with this experience and would like to caution others about the potential for fraudulent activity at this particular Sagar Ratna location. I hope that the restaurant management will take appropriate action to address this issue and ensure that customers are treated with respect...
