I recently visited the ISKCON Temple in Gurugram, and the experience was nothing short of peaceful and uplifting. The moment you step inside, you can feel a sense of calm and serenity that instantly disconnects you from the hustle and bustle of the city life outside.
The temple premises are beautifully maintained, and everything — from the architecture to the cleanliness — reflects devotion and discipline. The environment is filled with the soothing sound of devotees chanting “Hare Rama Hare Krishna”, which instantly fills your heart with joy and positivity. The people inside were very humble, joyful, and full of energy — their smiles and enthusiasm truly make the atmosphere divine and welcoming.
One of the best parts of the visit was the prasadam. The khichadi prasadam served inside was simple yet absolutely delicious — warm, comforting, and full of divine taste. It genuinely felt like it was prepared with love and devotion.
The temple also has a restaurant inside, which is a big plus. I tried the Chinese food there, and it was surprisingly good — flavorful, fresh, and prepared without onion and garlic, as per temple tradition. Even though it’s satvik food, the taste was rich and satisfying.
Another thing I loved was how peaceful and quiet the entire place was. Despite being in the middle of the city, you hardly hear any noise. It’s a perfect spot to sit quietly, meditate, or simply watch devotees dancing and singing in joy.
Overall, the ISKCON Temple Gurugram is not just a religious place — it’s an experience of peace, happiness, and inner balance. Whether you are a spiritual seeker or just someone looking for a peaceful escape from daily stress, this temple is a must-visit.
