Read moreI went there yesterday as a Shadow customer as I have been reviewing restaurants in the same manner for quite some time, I ordered 2 pizzas and a garlic bread as one friend suggested that those are quite good here. First, the service was very slow, most waiters werent trained well. Second, the loaded veggie pizza had almost no veggies, thin crust wasnt even thin. The taste was good but less veggies and no thin crust disappointed me. Third, I ordered a chicken tikka pizza where there were 0 chicken pieces, at the end cancelled it. Cheese garlic bread was okay but wasnt worth 199. The owner/manager didnt even care to know why were we disappointed instead kept whispering with their employees, shows their concern towards a customer. The ambience is good, however I was very dissatisfied with the service and the food. ₹300+ pizza wasnt even worth that much. In all, I had a miserable experience with their food and service, being a shadow customer helps me in knowing their services well without identitifying as a food reviewer. If you want to have a good pizza / pasta, there are various other outlets in airia itself which are better than zoca anyday. So this was my candid experience and surely not visiting again! Happy day! And thank you...

You may be attracted to pretty looks but it's actually a fifty place. The Seating was so dirty, all seats had patches and some seats were even torn. Walls looked so dirty, this place is not at all maintained.
On the day of event, there were flies all around their kitchen. It was embarrassing and disheartening for me as my guests were about to reach. The kitchen looked so dirty. I had to request multiple times to get rid of flies at least.
The manager Lovepreet is highly unprofessional. He booked the space for another party without informing us and we were asked to vacate the place within 1.5 hrs. He even went ahead and said I won't allow you after 2 hrs. I had to argue for long before my event started.
All this experience was so traumatic for my kid and us.
Only the service staff was good and food was...
