Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Delayed Service, Delicious Momo Wow Momo at Ariria Mall, Sector 68

Today, we visited Wow Momo at Ariria Mall in Sector 68 and decided to try their Wowsome momo meal combo, priced at Rs 199+ GST. While the order was processed quickly, we experienced a delay in the service, which took around 20 minutes. It was disappointing to see the restaurant staff taking more time and engaging in chit-chat while simple momos were taking longer to be served. This lack of efficiency was a shame.

Moving on to the food itself, I must say that the momos were one of the best I have ever had. They were flavorful and delicious, accompanied by an awesome chutney. Additionally, the restaurant provided Pepsi Black as part of the meal combo, which was a nice touch.

Considering the overall experience, I would rate Wow Momo at Ariria Mall 3 out of 5 stars. Despite the excellent taste of the momos and the good accompaniments, the prolonged wait for the food and the inefficient service left a negative impression. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback constructively and improves its service in the future, as it has the potential to be a great...

If you're the kind of person who enjoys watching paint dry, or has always fantasized about what it must feel like to age in real time while waiting for your food—this is your place. The staff here are redefining the word "urgency." I mean, who needs speed when you can have the meditative experience of waiting 40 minutes for a plate of steamed momos?

The staff, those paragons of warmth and hospitality, will greet your every polite inquiry with the enthusiasm of a brick wall. You’ll cherish those unforgettable monosyllabic responses and the death stares that accompany them.

And best of all, this isn’t a one-time magic trick. No, no. It’s a consistent experience, one we've treasured across multiple visits—until, sadly, we were forced to stop gracing them with our presence.

Located in a kiosk in the food court of Airia mall Sohna road Gurgaon, I wanted to experience what flavour of Chinese rather I do Chinese fare they serve so I ordered a typical order of veg Darjeeling momos and veg Hakka noodles- albeit from different counters which were adjacent to each other! I found this arrangement to be amusing and a bit taxing since it takes a bit of a time and patience on the customer’s part to order almost the same thing repeating twice to different counters!

Anyway, taste wise the veg Darjeeling momos-which were touted to be the newest addition to their menu- had no flavour and actually tasted dismal! The veg Hakka noodles on the other hand were okay but felt a bit bland and the sauce they provided was absolutely unsavoury! My take on this place would be to avoid this kiosk until they make improvements...
