Ordered from zomato. Very disappointing experience at Bikanervala. The paneer sabji was absolutely pathetic — hard to believe it came from such a reputed brand. The pizza was stuck to the dabba, making it messy and unappetizing. The lassi had black particles floating in it, and though it was labeled kesariya, it was completely plain. Definitely not up to the mark.

This is for bikanerwala store in ocus 24k Gurgaon, Quality of food very bad.. we ordered premium thali. Food is just like came from storage. Dal is thandi. Panner veg is a just like species only.. Roti to bhagwan bhaorse.

Manager , take care of store look like no one is supervising. Food & service is even below 1star Ambiance deserve 2 star.

Very bad experience. Highly...

If there is anything in negative then that's what I will give to them. That's why there is Noone who visits this outlet. I ordered Aloo Tikki and it came after 20 mins although there was no customer except me. I took one bite and left who plate there. The staff didn't bothered when I told them that there is no taste. Don't visit this...
