KLAY DLF Cybercity 14A -Preschools and Daycare — Attraction in Gurugram District

I am not writing for Klay for the first time but this time i am feeling more than happy to write this. I am happy parent when it comes to Klay but i am more than happy because of Building 14 Klay. My child is going to Klay since April however the first One month was a nightmare. I was anyways very skeptical so send my child outside the home premises because this would have been the first time she is stepping out of the house for good 9 hours and she is just 2. She started going to Play school and got settled with one of the Didi in just two weeks - i was Happy but then the didi left the job and believe u me i have seen my child crying and vomitting for one good month. Then i decided to move to Kaly building 14 from the other centre and this time not one Didi but all the didi and specially Divya made her feel so comfortable that now she says she doesnt want to go home. My child lost almost 3 kg in just one month but now she eats , she plays and she sleeps. She has learned new words , ryhmes and i am so happy to see her smiling. Thanks a Ton to Divya , Himani , Shobha Didi , Punita Man and all other Didi’s of building 14. Today i had unhappy experience with your centre at DLF Cyber City. Just as we were passing by, wanted to have a look as we were looking for admission and saw Klay near our place at sector 56. I was calling my husband to come have a look at Klay, but in the meantime, the lady helper locked the play room, and removed my child who rushed inside . The Manager Lady asked if i was looking for admission, and i said , yes, we found another Klay near my place., I wanted to explain further and discuss But my child was insisting to go inside and not getting up from the reception area as I was consoling and calming down my child, it was not more than 2 minutes, the manager lady called the security guard, which is so hurtful and so inhuman treatment, Klay want to man handle the 3 year old child , to kick out the child while i was assuring and calming down my child . Home Away from Home...that's the feel I get each morning leaving my lil one in Klay. Transparency is somethg that i appreciate most over here. I am always aware about every detail of my kid which helps keeping off my anxiety. Staff here is genuine n is very reachable. You can call ample nbr of times to enquire abt well being of kid. Your every word, every instruction is heard. Divya, center director over here just ensures that she partners with you in upbringing of kid in best possible manner. Also, Hygiene is also extremely good in here. Kid also gets exposure to lot many activities as well. Painting, dancing n event celebrations along with regular scholar learning keeps happening periodically. I see my kid growing his skill with each passing day.
