Chaayos Cafe at Infinity tower — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I've given this place multiple chances, mostly because of its proximity to my office, but each visit has been more disappointing than the last. The upkeep is poor, the staff often behaves rudely, and the service is consistently slow.

To make things worse, their machines are frequently down and, ironically, they often don’t have chai. For a place that brands itself around chai, that’s just unacceptable. We usually come here to save time over walking to Cyberhub, but with the constant delays and frustration, the extra steps might be worth it for a better experience.

The timings mentioned are 8AM -11PM, this is my second visit here in the morning and the cafe is never functional.

Last time it was 9AM and this time at 9:45 AM. First time they said it will take time for the cafe to be opretional as the staff came in late, this time even before checking what I wanted they said it will take time.

Why bother opening a cafe in an office setup when you can't serve the people. This should be permanently shut, rude staff...

Infinity Tower A, B and C are well maintained and Clean. The view from top floors are mesmerising. At the ground floor, in between tower spaces you will find Food 🥘🍲, Snacks ☕️🍵and Medical 🏥 shops. The entrance of the towers are beautified by Fountain ⛲️ ⛲️.

Cons: As usual there is a Car parking space crunch, though towers has multi level parking.
