Soi 7 — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Soi7 at Cyber Hub, Gurgaon has acclaimed to be one the best Brewery and that was best to find out on FIFA Finals '18. Fortunately, we got the seating just in front of the screening. With a cheerful crowd, the ambiance evidently played a great role with a certain Vibrant Nightlife impression. Perfect lighting, seating accommodation and most importantly, their hospitality. The outlet is pre-eminent for a bundle of joys and that was surely admittable if getting in on any night post 8 pm.

Soi 7's menu is Pan Asian and the pub boasts a microbrewery serving wheat, Brooklyn, Amber and dark beer.

In FOOD we had,

➊ THAI GRILLED CHICKEN.

Chicken marinated in Soya and Thai herbs. A cleanly presented grilled chicken with assorted veggies. Although the chicken was tender, it felt dry in taste and could have been improvised in terms of being more juice in flesh.

➋ PRAWNS SALT AND PEPPER.

Prawns tossed with salt, pepper, garlic, fresh red chili and spring onion. The Oriental seafood delight, with a fine concoction of garlic, ginger, spring onions were perfectly sautéed. Prawns were finely battered and fried, and tasted really flabbergasting. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

➌ THAI BBQ FISH.

Sole fish marinated sift chili and lime in tamarind sauce. The basa fish was absolutely tasteful, in terms of supple texture. The BBQ quotient was less influential but it was joyous overall.

➍ GRILLED CHICKEN IN BANANA LEAVES.

Grilled Chicken in Banana Leaf served with Sambal Sauce. The presentation was very much delicate and authentic. Each Banana leaf wrapped had a small chicken breast steak which was splendidly marinaded with spicy and hot sambal sauce.

➎ BULGOGI WINGS.

Single Boned Grilled Wings marinated with chili paste, garlic, black bean and sesame oil. The most divinely tasted dish with a perfect juicy quotient in the taste and fine concoction of the marinade. The dish was really flabbergasting to gorge on. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

➏ SLOW FRIED CHICKEN.

Crispy fried Sesame coated Chicken served with Sweet chili and ginger sauce. Perfect appetizer with their beer offerings. The crispiness was commendable. The sauce was a perfect accompaniment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

➐ THAI LAMB SKEWERS.

Minced Lamb with Thai Herbs grilled, served with Chili Coriander, and Asian BBQ sauce. Utterly smooth in texture and a perfect concoction of spices in the minced lamb. The presentation was top notch as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

In DESSERTS we had;

➊ CHOCOLATE SPRING ROLL.

Served with vanilla ice cream. Simple yet splendid. Spring rolls were adequately filled with chocolate which was really drooling.

➋ COCONUT TRES LECHES.

Three Milk coconut cake. The traditional sponge cake was indeed quite fresh and was a great sweet treat. The milk cake with a coconut blend was exceptional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

In DRINKS we had;

➊ KNOCK OUT.

Wheat beer with a pleasant orange flavor. The mildly sweet and favorable beer option was very much preferential at here too! The flavors were absolutely smooth and exciting. The pleasant mix of orange flavor gave a nice aroma to the beer. The light texture of the beer is another charm in this variant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

➋ UPPERCUT.

Crisp and dry beer which is slightly golden in color giving a pilsner malt sweetness. The premium beer with a top-notch flavor with no sweetness. Quite popular for its fermentation.

➌ COBRA PUNCH.

It has a rich flavor of roasted malt and bitterness of hops. Never thought the dark beer variant could be this joyous! The roast malt was commendable in this option, the taste was on point. Overall, a flawless brew and preferable option. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

➍ CLASSIC SANGRIA RED.

Probably Fratelli was used in this drink it was served it should be, simple and fine.

Overall the experience was definitely mood upraising. The staffing was an added charm to the experience, with utterly prompt service and attentiveness to all the needs, even if the outlet was double filled up...

I listened a lot about this place and never been to cyber hub so planned to go to this place. I had an amazing experience, let me share some of my experience with you:

Drinks:

Upper Cut, Premium Beer: This was one of the best brewed beer I have ever had. The beer was light and smooth, it gives an amazing experience much better then others.

Martini(Vodka base): After drinking some light drinks, go for this heavy one. The Martini was perfectly made and was hard enough to give you a good experience. You must give this a try!

Food:

Corn Pepper Cheese Roll: These were great. You will love them and I assure you, you will order them again. This was a roll with the filling of Corn and Pepper with black pepper and garlic mixed with cheese.

Fragnant Corn and potato: This was another dish with some unique taste. This was basically diced corn and potato tossed with spring onion, garlic and chillies.

Salt N Pepper Prawns: You might have eat veg salt and pepper many times , now try this one. This was the best dish and highly recommend from my side if you visit this place. I loved the taste of this. You must give this a try!

Szechuan Dimsums(Non Veg): Dimsums are love , and I love Chicken Dimsums. These were Corriander Chicken Dimsums in spicy Szechuan sauce. You can have them in both steam or fried.

Oriental Money Bag: This was the best veg thing I had there. You must give this a try!! These were deep fried spring roll pouch stued with assorted vegetables. This is highly recommended.

Thai BBQ Fish: So, it was time for some sea food. And I tried this one, which was having an amazing taste. This was sole fish marrinated with chilli and lime in Tamarind Sauce.

Java Grilled Sole: This was fish in Tomato , Red Chilli and Corriander topped with salsa wrapped in banana leaves. This is highly recommended fish. Try this was having some unique flavours.

Desserts:

Choclate Spring Roll: This was the first time I ate spring rolls in dessert, and yes they were soo good. The spring rolls were filled with choclate and was served with vanilla ice cream with choclate syrup. This dessert made the day.

Coconut Tres Leches: You might have ate coconut many times but I don't think you have ate a 3 layered coconut cake. If you haven't ate it till now go and try the same now. This is highly recommended dessert here.

Overall, my experience was damnn good here. You go and have a great fun here. Recommend to go in evening there.

Hope you guys are safe and doing really well at your places and most importantly guys do schedule your vaccinations asap, We are in this together. STAY SAFE👍😊 . So yesterday evening we tried this place to spend some really good times in a great party environment, and trust me it really fulfilled our expectations everything was so on point 'Perfect! ❤️ . Talking about the location first, soi7 is located in the Dlf Cyber City or Cyberhub which i guess is the most prime locations of Gurgaon so no need to worry about reaching the place. You can reach out to this place by any means of transport which you feel comfortable👍 Soi7 is on the second floor so don't just keep hunting the place just straight up climp to the second floor you'll find it 👍😊 . This place definitely has a perfect party ambience that you guys always wanted to buff up your mood. I personally loved the ambience, music was so good and the seating was super comfy. The thing which really took my heart has to be the outdoor seating you guys know i have a special place for outdoor seating so just staying loyal❤️😍 In shot ambience is super duper cool for parties and gatherings, so plan one super soon💙🙈 . Personally speaking never thought i can like a sushi 🍥 so much, i really loved the food. The experience was super delicious. This is a newly launched menu at soi7 so you guys should definitely give it a try because it's worth experiencing. ❤️ 🌟 My recommendations for must try : Tandoori Tantra Pizza and Tandoori Malai Tikka along with A mug of Fresh Beer🍻 In shot my experience at soi7 was definitely a 10 on 10, a perfect party place and a perfect place to spend time with your loved ones 😉.
